Good advice and smooth installation
We received good advice in the store as we worked out the gym equipment we needed. Right on time, it arrived and Brett and Tommy were excellent in their technical installation and how well they showed me how it all worked.
An easy 5/5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with Aidan when purchasing a cross trainer at Fitness Superstore. He was extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He gave me great advice, talked me through the different options available, and patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his expertise made choosing the right cross trainer so much easier.
Aidan provided fantastic customer service and is a real credit to Fitness Superstore. I would highly recommend him and really appreciated all his help.

Dishonest shop
Dishonest shop. I just went to the Wembley show room and wanted to purchase a £2000 full body gym machine. The sales person there tried to rip me off my adding an extra £250 surcharge on the installation for a total of £500 of installation cost, compared to the £250 quoted on the website. When I confronted him, he lied to me it’s a postcode surcharge despite the address being in west london which is well within their catchment area. Clearly he was trying to rip me off. Very dishonest.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the installation cost quoted during your visit. Our Head Office Installation Team has reviewed the quotation and confirmed that the installation charge provided in store was correct. Installation costs are calculated based on both postcode and the location within the property. As the installation was for a basement location within a surcharge area, the additional charge was applied in accordance with our standard pricing structure and website terms and conditions.
We would like to reassure you that the surcharge was not applied at the discretion of the sales adviser and was not an attempt to overcharge. The quotation provided was based on our established installation pricing policy and has since been independently verified which remains as highly competitive when compared with similar services offered elsewhere.
We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your purchase further and see how we may be able to assist.
