My mom ordered a tamagotchi blue paradise and tell me why does it take 5-6 weeks to come??! By the time it comes, I hope i dont see any damages on it!!!

Ordered some books at the start of February. Still waiting for them to arrive and it’s mid April. It just keep getting pushed forward, it now says estimated for 8-12th May. I should have just paid extra and got it from somewhere else. Over 3 months for delivery is ridiculous. Perhaps they needed to print a brand new copy. Perhaps they are rewriting it? Who knows.

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM FISHPOND.
Placed an order 8/01/2026 by 02/03/2026 still hasn’t even been sent yet! And no this was not a pre-order. Cancelled order and requested refund. Takes 2-3 days over a week later and still no funds back.
Absolute Joke. Worst experience purchasing online ever.

I have only just seen this needing my review ... I can't recall what the product was for. But I can say that I have only had positive experiences with Fishpond.com.au

Will not be using Fishpond again. I ordered a book and my order page indicated it would take at least two weeks. The opposition said they could send it to me in two days. So I cancelled my Fishpond order and they deducted over $5 from my refund. Never again!

Good service, every book bought from them has been delivered without experiencing any problem...

Fishpond consistently delivers both the products I need and outstanding value. Their competitive pricing, particularly when it comes to shipping, is noteworthy and greatly appreciated.

First they send me a damaged item then I'm unable to return the item as the return label they provided was not accepted by Australia Post. Their online return system now will no longer process my request as it says I have already returned the item. As a long time customer I am not happy with Fishpond. First they send me a damaged book then they make the return process impossible.Finally they offer me a refund on the defective item after I returned it, but they deducted the postage ಠ⁠︵⁠ಠ

I ordered two books on July 16. Website implied they were available. I had good service from Fishpond some years ago so am surprised that I still haven't got the books (August 28) and one is seemingly unavailable, the other has had another order made arriving in Sept. Very difficult to communicate with this company. Won't be using them again.

Fishpond consistenly mis advertise or disguise what products are.
They will advertise items without declaring they are second hand until AFTER an order is placed, then they will not take a return or cancel the order without takinbg a fee.
Also when they advertise ships from local warehouse this is decpetive, it will ship form a local warehouse - after it has been recived from overseas at a consideranle delay i have been waiting for nearly a month for an item that was sooposed to ship from a local warehouse and the only feedback you get is to contact the seller (in this case fishpond) who can gve no updates. They are slow, decpetove and often in violation of statutory rights under austraian consumer law. I gave them two second chances and it has been consotently disapointing. buyer beware

Took a little while y be delivered but at least we received it

Problem free transaction, I was kept informed on its progress and my book was well packed.

I don’t know whether it was fishpond or their supplier but I didn’t expect 6-8 weeks for delivery. I always had the opportunity to cancel my order and happy now I have received it.

Fish pond were really good keeping me up to date with the progress of my order...it arrived on time and it was in good condition...excellent value

Fishpond's online site makes it so easy to navigate, and to select a category. The sub-categories are well thought out and broken down even further.
A good selection of payment methods too.

I have found Fishpond to be always reliable.

Excellent service all round. The price was right, and the communication regarding late delivery was appreciated.
