The agent I spoke with was extremely polite and took the time to really understand my needs. Before diving into the details, they asked me why I was applying for life and income protection insurance. This thoughtful approach made me feel heard and ensured the advice I received was tailored to my situation.
Everything was explained clearly and efficiently, with no pressure,just genuine help and insight. I appreciated how straightforward the process was and how well informed I felt by the end of the conversation. Excellent service all around!

Catch up call
I had a friendly and polite conversation with Michael who just called to see everything was still ok with my policy. No changes are needed so all ok! He responded well to another question I had, so all in all a really pleasant call! So far, all I've had is good experiences with the team!
