Excellent support from Mayra
Excellent support from Mayra, Cara and the First Tech team in Santa Rosa.. as usual. This is a friendly and capable team that has always gone the extra mile to provide exceptional in person service. In this case, I was trying to transition names on my account also involving the issuing of cards and printing of an exceptionally long name. From the friendly welcome we always get and the patient work of Mayra with the team to ensure that this happened without the need for a repeat visit, you have a satisfied customer. I visited the branch today and got help from Mayra, who showed me my credit card rewards points and helped me redeem them for cash. Thanks for letting me know about my credit card rewards! Mayra was wonderful. She made sure I understood how to check my rewards in the future, I really appreciate the time she took with me.

Friendly attitude and service
I went to the First Tech, Santa Rosa to open a promo CD. Amanda Urias is the person who helped me there. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave me a tutorial on how to use digital banking. I appreciated her kind guidance.

I love First Tech
I love First Tech. Staff is always friendly. I love the whole system when you walk in. SOPHIA FREEDMAN is absolutely the best! Love her down to earth, professional attitude.
