Excellent service & workmanship from Ismael & Abdul. Very adaptable & friendly, & did a fantastic job in fixing the issue within 15 minutes. They are a credit to your organisation & would not hesitate in using your services again.

Excellent service. Appointment made online. Engineer came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Also identified and rectified a second problem that could have caused an issue down the line. I'm a landlord and this saved a lot of hassle and cost.

They arrived 3h late at my house (that's 3h after the 3-hour window that they provide), and the service is way too expensive depending on your needs. In my case, I paid 100GBP to get a report stating that my washing machine was not usable.

Very poor service. My booking was confirmed for an ETA of 11 - 1. At 2pm still no one had called / emailed to say they were running late etc. I called them directly and they were extremely rude and unhelpful saying they can't be driving across the city to suit me when they themselves booked the time slot. Would not recommend using this service.

Appreciated the followup service and were nice enough to immediately refund portion of the fees when same day service I requested wasn’t possible.

Crying tears of joy. Second time this team has managed to fix my old Miele that for various reasons needs to last another 6-8 months at least. Where so-called expensive property managers had given up, these guys persisted, managing conversation with my tenants. Obviously I am not hoping to need their services again, but would use them again any time.

Needed a next day washer repair for a washing machine handle. The appointment was quick to set up at a reasonable price. Ismael was very friendly, quickly identified and sorted the issue--fantastic service and really appreciated!

The team were really helpful and courteous on their visit. We needed to replace the machine and they were able to send me a link and quote for a replacement straight away. They are very responsive and knowledgeable- would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Brilliant first time experience with “First Serve UK” was able to have my Waahing machine repaired within less than 24hrs it was broken in two different places & requires parts but the was made to look easy! Definitely recommend

Ismael was very accommodating on times and very practical. His colleague who arrived in heavy rain to fit a new door seal was equally impressive. No fuss. Got on with the job. Felt well looked after.

PS maybe the cup of tea and the brownie helped smooth the wheels - well deserved!

Had a problem with my Samsung washing machine. The engineer quickly identified the issue, made me order the correct spare part online and was able to fix the problem once the spare part was delivered. It was very easy to contact them the first time, and then for the final repair. Overall an excellent service, and at a very decent price.

Broken washing machine door handle replaced

I called Ismael for a quote, and he asked me to explain the problem to him. Over the phone he diagnosed it as un-economical to repair and that replacement was the correct option. This honest approach saved me a callout charge, whereas other washing machine repairers I rang wouldn't diagnose on the phone but would have charged the callout fee in order to diagnose.

Abdul Azeez diagnosed and explained the problem within minutes. And he waited to make sure I could order correct part and get it delivered the next day. Ismael came two days later and did a lot of the hard work. Efficient, friendly and professional.

Don’t hesitate to use these guys. Trust worthy, practical, punctual. They can sort things when you are out, meet delivery tradesmen. Basically they are the reliable help you need which was vital for me as I live out of the country.
