I’ve bought your inks several times before, and been completely satisfied, but I’m afraid the cassettes you’ve sent this time don’t fit my printer (Epson XP-950). Can I return them for replacement, please? Thank you.

As you’ve noted, printers will often display a message when compatible cartridges are first installed. This is a standard manufacturer prompt rather than a fault, and once acknowledged, printing continues normally. It shouldn’t keep interrupting ongoing use and if you get any issues just get in touch.
