I wasn't informed about stock issues…
I wasn't informed about stock issues the my item at time of purchase or in the days afterwards. Had to phone to check where delivery was up to, whereon I was informed I could wait and indefinite amount of time or cancel. I've now lost out on the time I had allocated for the job I was planning. Postage costs also appallingly high.

We received the Fire Extinguisher but…
We received the Fire Extinguisher but we did not receive the sign that we also ordered with it.
We have found it is normally placed with the packaging for the extinguisher but it was not with it.
Other than that, service/product is okay!

Dont order they have taken my money and…
Dont order they have taken my money and don't have any stock, called was promised a call back did not call back called again 16/03/2026 told by sales they agree they should not take money when they don't have stock 2 don't know when our goods will be there and 2 weeks for a refund absolutely disgusting to be honest. my order number Spoke to Jill and she has advised that they don't have them out of stock and ETA is a month for goods disgusting taking money but don't have goods!
