Comes more grey than expected but looks greats. Easy to fit and use. My wife love the old style fireplace and after having the gas fire& heating system removed and upgraded this is a great way to have heating and flame without any plumbing or cables. Would have given 5 star apart from colour.
Delivered but on examination of bit find the trim is the incorrect size and does not fit. I require ar replacement trim to be delivered. Please contact me email or phone 01980610539.

Dear customer, We are sorry to see you were not happy with the fire. The bioethanol inset fire that you purchased does have a heat output of up to 2.3kW depending on size of opening. Kind regards, Fireplace World.
Fantastic real flame fire, really puts some heat out.
Brilliant alternative to a log burner. An open fire without the fuss and mess of a real fire.
It was great value for money
Easy to fit. Looks great and warms up our living room quickly!
We're really pleased with the Adam Colorado, our first Bio Ethanol fire. It is clean in design, neat and we can't fault the manufacture or production which for the price point is excellent. We found it to be more a very dark grey than a deep black but we prefer this. We have no flu so no option for a real living flame fire so this is the perfect choice for us as it gives us that real flame creating an ambient mood. For us it wouldn't be the right choice as a main heat source. We found a litre of bio will last from around 3 to over 6 hours depending on how wide you have the opening for the flame. Overall we are very happy with our choice. Service from Fireplace World was first class - from ordering to delivery.
Loving our bio ethanol fire. Stylist is mat black. Easy to use and certainly gives off the heat The flame is easily adjustable and gives a warming glow to your room
Smart looking. Very easy to install. Gives off a lovely flame. Great value for money and better than running a 2kw electric fire.
Fantastic product
Great value & fantastic service from Fireplace World. The black model didn’t look right in my black fireplace as it’s not a deep black so they exchanged it free of charge for the black nickel model which looks great. Super easy to use and gives out a good amount of heat
Definitely not black but a dark grey. The front piece seems to come away from the fireplace very easily with no way of attaching it to keep it from being pulled off??

Dear customer,
Thank you for your comments. The bottom fret of the fire should screw on to the actual fir and the trim should slide on to the fire and slot in to place.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
Kind regards
Fireplace world.
Simple design, easy to install and use. Just what we needed to complete the new look in the living room. The heat output from the bio fuel is very good and we are looking forward to some colder evening to test it out properly. Worth noting that the flames take a few minutes to settle as they start off low and very blue but after a few minutes provide a more relaxing even flame.
Very happy with the fire . Well packaged and good clear fitting instructions and good instructions for safely using the bioethanol burner. When lit it gives a very nice flame and plenty of heat. When NOT lit I dress it with ceramic logs to help it fit with my decor. I've also attached a brass knob also to help it fit my decor. If you fit it into a more contemporary setting you wouldn't need to do that.
Nice little fire does the job. Easy to fit.tested it and it look good exactly what I wanted
Extinguisher Slider locks off on burner when fire is hot. Difficult to extinguish fire.
Haven’t used yet, but looks great!
Wish we’d heard about this type of fuel fire months ago. Easy to fit and looks great. The heat that comes from it is amazing. We were very surprised. We would Definitely recommend it.
