We have been with Firefish for 6 years now and I can not fault them, they are always on hand to help and can not do enough to help! Our account manager Scott in particular is fantastic, we asked him recently to help with an Easter Egg hunt competition on our website and it was done within minutes, we have had some great engagement from it.

Firefish has a strong customer support team, by far the best compared to other providers we work with. Customer success is an important focus of theirs, along with continuous product development.
