I have had many prints created by Finerworks and they been great and shipping has also been great and timely. I love the paper options and occasional sale promotions offered.

I am pleased with the print quality that I consistently receive from FinerWorks. They reproduce my art prints in the original vibrant colors and details. Turn around time and shipping is prompt and the prints are well packed. It is a pleasure to do business with FinerWorks.

The product they made using my art was of great quality, it really made my art shine. The pricing was affordable and quantity up to you. Fairly fast turn around. And located in the U.S.A, I highly recommend.

James, the CEO and owner of FinerWorks reached out to me and personally resolved the technical problems I was having. It took around a week of daily emails, and he even emailed me on Thanksgiving Day. He owned the situation and worked hard to find a solution. In short, he did the right thing. That's a big deal in my book. Solid print quality, products, and resolutions to a customer service issue. Five stars was definitely earned here. My faith in FinerWorks has been restored. On October 9th my Finerworks inventory stopped Syncing with Shopify. I contacted customer support, and was told it would be looked into. The situation wasn't resolved, and I never heard back. Then I was told it wasn't Finerworks problem, it was a problem with Shopify. Then I was told "Oh, wait, it actually IS our issue. Whoops." I have contacted them several times since, and despite claiming their "developers are working on it", and despite being able to resolve SOME of the issues, Shopify syncing still doesn't work as of Nov. 20th. I reached out a final time and was told "Sorry, we can't find a solution".

I've been blown off, given the runaround, and ultimately I've been told there isn't anything they can do about the fact that their own website doesn't function. Simply amazing.

What is truly unfortunate is that I'm very pleased with their products. I simply will be unable to obtain their products for customers because they aren't interested in resolving issues that prevent their site from working properly.

Truly sad and unsatisfactory customer support, web development, and lack of accountability.

I cannot recommend this company based on their indifference to their site not functioning as advertised, and their indifference to my good faith requests to find a resolution.

This indicates a failure of leadership.

Ordered a bunch of acrylic mounted prints in floating frames late night, after they were closed. An hpur later I noticed one was set to be printed at the wrong size, so I sent customer service an email not to print it. This was a holiday weekend and they were closed. Got an email the day they got back to work and customer service said if they are printed yet, I will have to redo my entire order. Okay , fair enough. Its been three days and no word. I sent another email and crickets. Your customer service sucks, and if your prints arent great, I will change the review to one star.

After a few years of receiving quality prints, I've recently had two botched orders (one with a weird border, another too dark) and a pricey problem with shipping. A rep will not contact you if there is an issue and will ship anyway. Customer service avoids responding and ghosts customers without resolving issues. They will not take accountability for poor service. Professionals cannot afford to use this inconsistent company. Go elsewhere.

This company offers outstanding customer service and quality items. Their items are done well and the packaging is great! And I've always received support when it's been needed regardless of the issue. They offer drop shipping and many options on most products. The turn around times aren't fast. But, they are within expected time frames. I highly recommend them!
