Great guy. Ted from FindMy.Car, viewd my Ford Focus, that I was advertising for sale.
I felt it was an honest interaction whilst discussing the price. I didn’t feel messed around as I had with others contacting me and pretending not to be traders, then asking if I’d take ridiculously low price.
I was satisfied with the price he offered and agreed the sale.
Ted, came to collect the car a few days later, paying me on completion of the exchange of car keys.
Although this was a sale of my vehicle, I will seriously consider contacting Ted, in regards to any further vehicle purchase, to see what he can source for me and if the vehicle meets my requirements and price, I’ll have know hesitation in purchasing.

We were recommended to FindMy Car by a friend after several months of trawling AutoTrader looking for my daughters first car. From the first conversation with Calum I was left feeling reassured that the endless searching and potential pitfalls of buying a used car would be left to someone with the knowledge and the expertise to find a great car that would suit her needs. We were not disappointed, Calum kept us updated on the search, found an amazing little car, was in constant communication with updates on progress about collection, checks and then final delivery to our door. The service was first class. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be using again.

Young, female, need a new car?

As a young woman, it is really daunting when buying a new car.

Looking around the dealership asking sales staff questions - only to get a car forced down your throat or biased opinions thrown your way.

Or perhaps that dreaded awkward moment when you asked them to do a quote to see if it is within your price range for them to bring a Manager over and ask okay so let’s get this signed.

None of this happens with Find My CAR.

I dealt with both Ted and Paul in a WhatsApp group chat.
It was so informal and relaxed to simply send across a few messages and ideas about what I wanted and they would text me back with the real deal whether it was in my price range or simply tell me it’s not possible.

At no point did I feel any pressure to go ahead with a sale, but at every point they went out of their way to make sure I have the answers I needed.

I was sending messages on a weekend and they were coming back to me. I was sending messages during and after work.

They really put my mind at ease.

Buying a car is a big commitment and can be really financially burdening, but I was honest and gave them my budget and they made sure to work within these lines.

I got my dream car, a Tesla, Something I never thought I would’ve been able to have got within my price range.

Ted and Paul made this experience so easy-going and stressfree it has made me change my way of wanting to buy a car ever again.

The fact all you need to do is drop them a message and text them is absolutely amazing and so accessible. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends and I just hope that if there is a young girl out there feeling pressured stressed or scared of buying a new vehicle that she finds her way to these guys to get the best deal, it’s such an amazing price and service

I recently bought a vehicle through Ted at Find My Car and, having now completed the process, I’ve come away extremely positive.

This was not quite the traditional way we had bought a car before. We had a bad experience a few times as dealers - and dreaded going back to them.
So there was naturally a bit of trust involved from our side. Ted was recommended to us.
After an initial conversation - and our tight criteria - he informed us that not only did they have access to the same stock as a dealer we had a bad experience with, but their finance as well!
Ted got a part-exchange price, which was really good for our car. We paid out deposit on the car, did the finance - a day later - Ted has a delivery date and pick up for our part ex.
Ted's team got the car in, serviced it, MOT'd, and got it down to us.
I think it was less than 10 days from the start of the process to finish.

Communication was excellent. Ted was personable, understanding, listened, was great to talk with, and truly cared.

Buying a car always involves a bit of faith, especially when you are not doing everything face to face in the old-fashioned way, but Ted earned that trust. I would happily recommend him and Find My Car.
