Back in 2017 when I reached out to Darius we came to a point in our lives where we were tired of living check to check and carry around $100K worth of bills. We have always had a very healthy income and had been offered similar services in the past but no one we spoke to ever seemed genuinely interested in us or our needs.We never understood why the debt lingered for so long when we always paid well over the minimums. When I first called up this company I had approximately $58,000 in all different kinds of credit card debt. With retirement on my mind, i really didn't know what i was going to do. Thankfully I got in touch with one of their reps who broke down my current situation and showed me the path I could be on with them. Needless to say, i was skeptical at first because I have heard of different consolidation programs and plans before. I decided to take them up on their offer out of gut feeling and that might have been the BEST financial decision I have ever made. I have been in the consolidation plan going on 3 years now with just 1 more year to go. My credit score is looking a lot stronger and i have a ton of cash in my savings now which is different because I never was able to save anything due to my high expenses. Thank you Finance Solutions! 1 more year to go!

Be very careful in dealing with this company. They promise incredible debt consolidation loans with incredible interest rates, but it is all a case of too good to be true. For starters, they use a different company name to offer this 'sweet deal' and once you check it out, because who doesn't want to pay off some debt at a great monthly rate, you quickly come to learn some hard truths about this offer really entails.

As I mentioned before, the company that offers up the 'loan' isn't real, Finance Solutions is the company behind this all and they immediately let you know, you don't qualify for the loan for whatever reason, but they can offer a different kind of Debt Consolidation plan, which is the first red flag. If my debt or credit is awful enough to not qualify for this loan, why then would I be okay to enter your consolidation program? Well, the answer for that is simple, they don't offer consolidation in the slightest, they're a debt settlement company.

They in essence, have you enter their 'program' that promises to pay off debt aggressively over 3-4 years and neglect to tell you up front that they will be negotiating with your creditors, via a law firm they work with, for potentially 7-9 months while you pay these guys the fee that is agreed upon. Which means, there's no money going to your creditors, it's just you, paying lawyer fees while you think you're paying off debt. That means your credit will be impacted badly, and when you call them to the carpet on this, you're told not to worry, the law firm in question has your back and will represent you in the event there's a problem. You know, like the problem they're about to create.

Plus, they aggressively try to get a signed contract from you once they believe they have you hook, line and sinker. Thankfully those red flags were enough for me to back away and I'm quite glad I dug deeper and asked a ton of questions about this process before I committed to something fishy that could have ruined my credit rating. So please, be careful in dealing with them, they don't have your best interests at heart, they're just trying to keep a law firm afloat.
