Най-отвратителната,бавна и мундна банка с лоша комунилация,действия и задържаща с часове пари от транзакции!!!Безкрайно разочарован,ядосан и отвратен от ФИБАНК!
От тук ще следва жалба за разноски по имуществени и неимуществени вреди,които ми нанесохте-Благодаря! Slow and they have always problems for any transacción .

Unfortunately there no -star rating which would fit best. Been waiting 30 min on the line till they finally connected me to an English speaking "service man" and he told me that they updated my adress, but the house number was wrong. He told me to stay on the line while he will check with the department to verify and hang up after couple of minutes. We'll done the mega service! Thanks a lot! Time the call finished 12.26 o'clock Number called 028171100. Maybe that helps to get any service in future.

The bank owns me financial reimbursement. Not only haven't I received the amount, but the don't even respond to my email. This is extremely unprofessional and deserves attention from relevant institutions.

Customer services - really really really BAD!

Good services, excellent mobile banking.

I was very happy with their service when I become client 15 years ago. They were doing the best customer survive from all banks in Bulgaria, but recently there is a decline in their customer service. Huge increase in taxes and a lot of waiting time in the bank.
