I have been purchasing from the festive studio now for the last 3 years and could not find one fault! We have just ordered the video and it is AMAZING!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!! You have made my little boys Christmas!

I placed an order for a personalised Santa letter for my little one, who has been asking if Santa has wrote back which adds upset to the situation..and this had never arrived. I brought this on the 9th of November!! I have contacted several times now, spoke with someone I thought was helping early December who said they would issue a new one, but don't think this has been done. They are saying royal mail is causing the delays through strikes but this was ordered over a month ago now and I have been having royal mail letters and deliveries regularly. Just a shame really- was really looking forward to this but don't feel like this company are what they bill themselves to be. I have had to put in a Paypal dispute,although it is only around 11.50 it is principal and I feel conned at this point.

In reply, I would like others to be aware how they conduct their business! I did not send them the wrong shipping address, it is outrageous you claim this- the name of my property stand alone delivers mail regularly, I simply did not have the additional second line which you never need to input anyway! You have never once sent me proper tracking, absolutely appalling to lie on review websites- the numbers you sent me simply mean nothing you can't view them or anything. Outrageous, please save your money and do not shop here what a shame.

Was looking for things I could get my nephew that would make his Christmas extra special and came across the personalised festive video. The ordering process was super easy and the video arrived really quickly. He obviously hasn't watched it yet but I know he'll love it at Christmas. Would highly recommend and have just ordered festive treat pack too!

We received our order very promptly. Absolutely made up with content. Detailed letters and added extra reindeer food and magic snow. We purchased three letters and two kits.
Unfortunately My dog, got his paws 🐾 on my daughter letter and chewed it to bits. I was absolutely heartbroken. I emailed festive studio straight away to see if they could post another and explain the circumstances. I asked if they could send a link for payment as this was fault at our end. I quickly received a lovely email from Jodie who offered to send a replacement letter through DPD free of charge!! ❤️ I’m so happy with the outcome and the kind gesture! Jodie quite literally saved the day we intended for our children cannot thank them enough for this! Will be using every year! ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent service. Firstly I made a mistake with my order and duplicated it which Jodie in customer services was friendly about and quick to sort and refund for the duplicate order (within a matter of hours the refund hit my account). The letter received was magical and authentic, I can't believe I didn't know until now this company existed, absolutely brilliant and quick delivery too!

Fantastic service

I saw this Santa personalised video on Facebook and thought I would give it a go. Do orders it’s absolutely fantastic I have shared with all my mummy and daddy friends I’m really happy with the quality and attention to detail gone in to it. Thank you I will definitely be doing another next year.

Seen this advertised on Facebook. Enquired re personalisation as my daughters name is pronounced different from spelling. Advised this was possible.
Ordered. Received preview, name obviously pronounced wrong, messaged again and a few hours later their was an option to upload the pronunciation on the website. Received the official video an hour or so later. It’s just perfect & I’ll have one happy girl when she sees it.
Customer service 10/10. Would def recommend

Wow!!!! Seen these advertise on Facebook and had to try them . So impressed with the quality of the letters and the personal touch on each letter is fabulous, I ordered two and both letters are different and relevant to each of my children and I added the reindeer food and magic dust too for that extra special touch on Xmas eve . The children loved doing their Santa wish lists that came with them and adding the cute stickers to their envelopes which we them posted off to Santa

This is the third year I have used Festive Studio to order letters from Santa for my children. The letters themselves are of fantastic quality and appear very authentic! I highly recommend Festive Studio generally. The only trouble I’ve had this year is the timings. Firstly you sign up to the mailing list to be told when the website is opening to gain early access to it, however they email you telling you the website is opening “this week” for them to not open the website for atleast another week and a half/fortnight so that’s a bit annoying. Then when you actually order, the email confirmation says dispatch will be within 2/3 weeks, this is absolutely not a problem if it does get shipped within the timeframe promised however on this occasion 4 weeks have now passed with still no sign of the letters or dispatch email. I was told a week ago they’d be sent out in the next 5-7 days too (now on day 7) and still nothing! It just seems this year they’re dragging their feet getting orders out. I have no issue in waiting for it if you’re told in the beginning but it’s all the lies they tell you inbetween that causes the problems. Just be honest from the point of purchase! We will see how much longer the wait gets dragged out for this year to decide if it’s worth ordering again next year.

2nd year we have ordered the letters and video for our son. His face this year when he watched his video message from Santa with the added personalised touches was priceless. Will continue this as our yearly tradition. Well done and look forward to the next ones

My sons letter didn’t arrive but after notifying them they had it sorted and here in less than 24 hours! The letter is just so lovely and is perfect for a keepsake of my sons first Christmas. The personalisation makes it even more special. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas.

This service is incredible! My son is 6 and has just watched his video after finding his letters on his pillow... he was so amazed that the letters were the same as the video and when his face appeared on Santa's wall, I thought he was going to pop! I'll definitely be using this in the future

We bought my daughter the Christmas Eve box a few years ago and she is now 17 nearly 18…we still have to fill it and give it to her on Christmas Eve and she still leaves Santa and the reindeer treats…keep believing xxx
