Amazing experience, we had the best view organized from a 1st floor balcony. Would definitely recommend.

This was absolutely the best vacation! Every detail was thought out making this experience a vacation of a lifetime. We can't even begin to thank you enough for the excellent job you did!!

Overpriced bullfight tickets
I paid over $100 for bullfight tickets through them, when it costs less than $25 if you buy them at the stadium. The lines there aren't that long and they begin selling at the stadium at a reasonable time.

We arrived 45 minutes early and waited and waited. Finally, a young lady showed up and said we were going to a different location. No one ever notified me of the location change even though I was sent numerous emails about my reservation. While waiting, they were cleaning the streets and they hosed down the wall near where I was standing. My entire right side got hosed down so I watched the running of the bulls in wet clothes.

Outstanding service- We utilized the expertise of Festival Pros for a trip to Pamplona July 2018. It was my husband and his twin brother's birthday and they had always wanted to run with the bulls. However I knew nothing about traveling to Pamplona during the San Fermin festival. From the first email exchange and throughout our entire time in Spain Marc and his team at Festival Pros had us covered and guided us through a trip of a LIFETIME. It would have been impossible to navigate this trip without the experience and planning of Festival Pros. To just show up at this type of annual event would have been disastrous to say the least. In a heartbeat I would return under the guidance and planning of Travel Pros.

I don't know what I would have done without Mark & Lynette at Festival Pros!!! I had no idea even how to start planning my husband's 50th bucket list trip to run with the bulls. It was a trip of a lifetime! And we didn't have to worry about anything - from the balconies to the tours to the dinner reservations and hotel. We were impressed with every bit. What a way to experience this centuries old tradition and the culture in Pamplona. Festival Pros are really PROS. Lynette even tracked down and sent us a replacement of the souvenir that we lost on our way home! I would use them again in an instant -- in fact, considering their St. Patrick's Day trip to Dublin . . .

If your going for the first time and dont want to be pegged as a newbie this is the place to go. I Felt right at home and comfortable with everyone.

The website was very convenient and the price was reasonable. Because we does not have time to follow or search the price site by site. The website of running the bulls has detail description and clear price about every activities. I am appreciated the website about giving us a wonderful experience in the Saint Fermin festival.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I originally signed up for a balcony and then after hearing want an amazing dinner our balcony mates had we were fortunate to get an opportunity to join in one of the nights we were there. The balcony was the perfect location and offered the best views just after dead mans curve, you definitely felt like you were running with the group below. The real topper was the dinner! A very intimate setting, flamingo dancer and amazing food not to mention the fireworks to top off the night! I am so glad I booked through Mark; one of the nicest people you can ever meet!

Mark and his team were great to work with. They were organized, quick to respond to questions, and set us up with fantastic accommodations and events. I did not participate in many of the group activities that were offered, but would do so next time. You can go as "solo" as you want during the festival, or be guided around. That's what's nice about Mark's operation.

We booked a VIP package that included last 2 nights of the festival with a perfectly located hotel inside the old city, Balcony for the Bull run, tickets to Quadrilla dinner, Bullfight tickets, Balcony for closing ceremony, Hemmingway breakfast and transfers to and from station. It was very expensive, even more since we had to convert form Australian currency. Having said that I booked with these people because they had a good TripAdvisor rating and I didn't want to get there and find that I had been scammed. I would highly recommend this company! Everything went perfectly, being met at station and delivered to hotel. They had an office in our hotel.
We were not disappointed with any aspect of this except that it cost a lot. Would I do the same if I had my time over again? I think so! This stay in Pamplona was the highlight of our Spanish tour. I felt that it was better to economise on another part of our holiday. Pamplona is hectic and full on. It was very reassuring to be looked after for a couple of days, even though I feel like we are reasonably experienced travellers.

The hotel, bullfight, and the balcony for the actual Running of the Bulls were second to none. The hotel was wonderful and located right in the middle of the part of Pamplona where the Festival of San Fermin is held, with easy access to the festival, food, and drink in the numerous bars and restaurants, and fairly close to the bullfight stadium which was crucial for me in particular as walking great distances is almost impossible.
I had requested a balcony with easy access due to my disability and was provided with a wonderful private balcony for myself, my wife, and 2 grown children with a magnificent view of the bulls and those brave festival goers running before them through the streets of Pamplona. The people that owned the apartment where the balcony was located were friendly and accommodating and provided us with a nice Spanish style breakfast in a clean and well-kept environment.
This was my " Bucket List " trip, and it was wonderful beyond my wildest expectations, leaving my family and me with memories of a lifetime. I honestly cannot express the level of professionalism Festival Pros provided to us before and throughout our Pamplona vacation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Pamplona for the running of the bulls festival. Although the balcony that we rented was not inexpensive, it was money well spent. Our view of the running was exhilarating!
I would recommend it to anyone who want this once in a lifetime experience!

Running with the bulls made my experience in Pamplona. The place was a mad house and it was very easy to get lost in the crowd. Mark Hellmann and his team made it easy to take advantage of everything San Fermin had to offer. I highly recommend using them if you want the full experience!

Our balcony’s were the best! The best locations with wonder views of the festivities. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I have recommended them to several family members already!

Mark responded personally and answered all my questions. He was great to work with.

Made the running unbelievable!!! This had been on my "bucket list" for 40 years. Could not have been better.

We were told to arrive at the apartment at 6:30 am. We actually waited more than 30 minute s for the representative to arrive and for us to gain entrance, I must say that while we were waiting, I was very nervous that we would not be admitted and would miss the run, but fortunately we still had plenty of time to view the run. There was coffee available and little cheese sandwiches that was much appreciated, given the arrival time. It was an exciting morning...brief... but so glad we went!
