I ordered a pergola online. Choosing them above others because of the range of colours, I wanted a cream one. It arrived quickly, very polite and helpful drivers. Construction was arranged and they were excellent. Communication was great throughout The pergola looks fabulous, the light feature is really nice at night, the quality is super. Very happy with this company from start to finish.

Great quality, easy installation

We are extremely happy with our purchase from Feature Deco. The delivery was incredibly fast — it arrived in just 2 days. Assembly was very straightforward and easy to follow. The quality is excellent; the furniture is very comfortable and feels really well made. We’ve also had some rainy weather already, and it has performed exactly as advertised, with great weather resistance. Highly recommended!

The buying experience was easy and the corner sofa set we bought is fantastic. The only issue was the lack of communication about delivery, 2 to 7 working days make it really difficult to plan for it.

Product as advertise and smooth delivery, generally very happy with my dealing with feature deco. My only gripe is the product I ordered wasn’t in stock as was suggested on the website so I had to wait a further 2-3 weeks.

I am loving my new garden furniture, it looks great, dead easy to construct and comfy! The only thing I'm worried about is when constructing it, it would appear that the pilot holes put in by the company weren't bit enough to take the screw into the wood because it did split the leg a little on multiple legs. I've put some wood glue on the split but I wasn't too pleased that it happened.

Furniture is lovely, well made and comfortable

We're really pleased the Newcastle corner sofa set we bought. The instructions to put it together were detailed and the quality of the materials very good. We were slightly concerned that the wood effect aluminium table top would look chap or fake but it's very realistic and looks great. The cushions are really deep and comfortable. We've also had some really heavy rain showers recently and the water just ran off them, leaving them dry almost instantly. All in all, the furniture and quality for the price is excellent. Delivery was also quick and trouble free. There's nothing I can fault.

After lots of research for the right product, I chose these guys.
I took a trip to there showroom where they have lots to look and and try.
We were helped by a lovely lady, can't remember her name . She was very accommodating and helped us with all question, her knowledge was brilliant.
Lots of advice and guidance given. No hard selling.
All orders are done online.
My order came with no issue, delivered on time slot given.
Very minimal effort needed to assemble. I did this on my own.
The quality is fantastic. Cushions are thick and all weather.
The rattan is not cheap like places such as B&Q and The Range.
This is high quality!!!!
It is slightly more expensive. However, it is worth every penny.

Fantastic product for the price. More value for money than other online furniture stores. We bought a 7 piece modular set and we couldn’t be more impressed. The covers of the pillows are all machine washable which takes away the stress. Beautiful quality.

Very sharp and dangerous edges to the kingswinford garden furniture,I actually cut my leg on the side of the small stool. The table has rough/chipped edges and a poor spray repair to the top

The furniture is really good quality and looks great, and I thought it was good value for money compared to other sites I looked at. The customer service was a little bit patchy but everything turned up on time, as agreed and the delivery company were courteous and rang me to tell me they were on their way. So overall a positive experience and I would recommend this company to friends and family.
