A prompt, friendly and reliable service with excellent follow-up afterwards, and a fair bill. I will use this service again!

This is a very, very good plumbing operation. Call taken by smart and helpful person in their office, and then a bright, helpful and friendly engineer showed up to service our boiler and balance the radiators. Even happy to tighten a loose tap for me while he was here. Bill exactly as pre-advised when we called them, to the penny. Their number's in my phone and staying there.

Have used this company twice - once for pipework to be re-routed for a badly plumbed in sink. Today they repaired a broken toilet and drained the central heating system, checked and replaced thermostats.
I was particularly pleased because I had asked for the system to be flushed through (an expensive procedure) and the plumber advised me that with my system that would not be effective, long term.
The plumber arrived on time, explained the pricing, and kept me informed all through the job, He was professional and efficient.
This is not the cheapest but it is worth it for an excellent job and peace of mind. I would definitely use this company again.

From my initial contact with Chloe to completion of the boiler installation everything was incredibly professional and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe is a star keeping you fully updated throughout the process and the work was done quickly, tidily and perfectly. I can't recommend them enough.

I used FD Plumbing to complete a full renewal of my heating system, which was a quite complicated job due to the layout. Fabio spent over an hour and a half on a no-obligation assessment of what was required before giving me a clear and realistic quote. The office manager Chloe is friendly and efficient with all the arrangements. Fletcher, Matt and Fabio turned up on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, finishing a day early, and worked extremely hard throughout. I was very impressed with everything, no unexpected problems or issues and a really friendly good team. I would definitely use them for any plumbing jobs in the future, and recommend them to others.

FD Plumbing and heating are a joy to deal with and I cannot recommended them highly enough.
They were efficient and timely in the provision of their service and the communication was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely professional to deal with.
As a consumer the word 'plumber' can often strike fear into my heart but that was not the case here!

I can't recommend FD Plumbing enough - they turn up when they say they will, do the job quickly and efficiently, leave no mess behind and charge very reasonable rates which are quoted before the work takes place.

It shouldn't be remarkable to find a company who keep their promises and get the job done properly, along with being friendly, easy to deal with and honest; but it is! I'm very happy with all of the work completed so far, and will definitely be using them again in future.

I needed an entirely new boiler/central heating system installed in an older house. Fabio was so helpful in talking me through the process, but also went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the way everything was done, and also with finding the best place to put the boiler that would involve minimal inconvenience and disruption. All the work was done quickly and painlessly, at a really reasonable price. Everything was tidied up after, and they were really friendly from start to finish. Would definitely highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very thorough work and good customer communication throughout. We needed a faulty shower pump fixing and these plumbers immediately recognised the problem - that others had missed - and quickly found a solution. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the work done to replace our hot water system, boiler and hot water tank. The work was done to schedule and the workers were caring and friendly.

Unfortunately the plumber was very late in arriving despite the fact that we booked a specific window for the work. I've later been informed that this was due to an emergency at a previous job. When I mentioned this, we were immediately offered a discount for our inconvenience. The actual plumbing work was excellent - carried out very efficiently and the price was much better than the quotes we received elsewhere. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

We first used FDplumbing for an emergency call out and despite it being a Friday and Fabio having to go to a wedding he sorted out our problem without fuss . There were some unresolved issues with the boiler and we were very happy to make an appointment for that work as well as for the servicing of another boiler. The work was done last week, punctually and efficiently and we were very pleased all round ! Fabio and his right hand man are great to deal with. Chloe who is in charge of the office/telephone needs to get a special mention here , too : she is efficient and friendly and had everything under control. We will be using them again and can highly recommend them !

Firstly let me begin by saying I had no prior knowledge of this company and was trying to sort a problem for a gentleman in London with learning difficulties whilst I'm in Liverpool. Not easy and potentially worrying situation. I had gone through the Internet looking for recommended plumbers and contacted a selection - one of whom highly recommended his friend. That led me to Fabio and Chloe. From the start I had total confidence in them and their business. They were sympathetic to my situation and totally understanding of the gentlemans mental health. They kept me informed at every stage and most importantly turned up exactly when they said. They were so speedy getting the estimate to me to consider and having booked in the work Chloe kept in touch. I had had previous hourly rates quoted to me but I have to say on top of the excellent service I received I believe they were very competitive too. Believe me the gentleman I help is not the easiest of people and he too stated how pleased he was when they were undertaking the work. So no surprise at my 5 star rating - and would I recommend them - ABSOLUTELY !

I have been using FD Plumbing for a few years now and they've always been friendly and reliable. Fabio has gone that extra mile (literally!) and sourced the exact tap that I needed and kept coming back until he had fixed a particular problem that had foxed other plumbers.

What I really liked about using FD Plumbing was the friendliness without the feeling that they are wasting your time or ripping you off. They know when to charge and when to chuck in those little extras that make you call them back the minute you have a problem. I trust them to get the job done.
