Fawkes-Cycles Recensioni

As always good prices on Park Tool equipment. Easy to use website and customer rewards thrown in.
Even during COVID my most recent order arrived within a few days or ordering - excellent service.

What a great company ordered zeflan fm60 mudguards front insert snapped sent me another one free of charge, turns out that front mudguard will not fit correctly on my mountain bike, they are sending me a different type free of charge. Fantastic communication and customer service, thank you, highly recommend, Alan Nixon

Was shipped same day as I ordered and arrived via postal 48 hr service very happy with product and speed of delivery.

Super fast delivery. In very challenging times. Very competitive price also. Great service

Excellent service, good product, fast delivery. Thank you.

Purchased some cycling glasses with interchangeable lenses arrived in 4 days which was before I had expected them and look great thank you will definitely use again.

Good communication, product arrived well packaged. Product as described, used it today. Very easy to put on the bike and does the job well.

Excellent service ,ordered Tonnus armour fitted perfect and so far has done the job ,no pinch flats despite my best efforts, arrived earlier than expected 👌

Prompt service and fine product.

Rang to confirm stock availability and was assured the items I wanted were in stock. Ordered online only to be emailed the next day to be told we can’t fulfil your order as your item is not in stock.
Why is it now acceptable to take peoples money for items you don’t have ?
My first and last experience with yourselves.

Extremely quick delivery, not only during Covid times but any time.
Kept me informed what was happening with my order and delivery details.
Well done 👏

Purchased from Fawkes regularly and always helpful and informative staff. Sent back a faulty light and within a week a replacement was sent. Excellent service. Thank you

submitted my order on Monday night received my order today Thursday very impressed ,goods competitively priced and all goods ordered arrived so I would recommend

Swift and easy online purchase process, speedy despatch, very good comms throughout.

Well priced and arrived on time. Great service.

Finally it has arrived. It is certainly heavy enough to occupy a would-be thief for some time. Hopefully this will put them off.
Thank you for the excellent description.
Not five stars because of lack of communication. Tracking not very good either.

Seen it ordered it got it. Simple

Excellent experience for the first order with this seller.
Got here on time despite the Christmas post.

I bought a bike tire on sale elsewhere for at least fifteen pounds more so I have a real bargain.
I was wondering "What's the catch?" but there isn't one.

First class on all counts.
