Erg goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Onze fatboy lamp laadde niet meer op dus bestelde ik een reparatieset. Na vervanging deed hij het nog niet. De klantenservice heeft gratis een nieuwe batterij gestuurd en dat bleek inderdaad het probleem. Een dikke pluim hiervoor !
Fatboy duur en vlug kapot. Ik heb er enkele jaren gebruik van gemaakt. Nu dit jaar willen gebruiken. Maar helaas de zak zat vanbinnen helemaal aan elkaar geplakt. Deze los getrokken. Waardoor deze niet meer luchtdicht was. Zelfs de opbergzak zat aan elkaar geplakt. Ik had de fatboy droog opgeborgen in een droge kast. Fatboy is ideaal om op te liggen.
Horrible quality. The structure of the hamac is not for outside ! The entire structure is already all rusted after 3 months only. I badly regret my purchase. Way too expensive for such an awful quality. Never again.

I bought a garden table,chairs and parasol from a local distributor in the South of France. A strong wind caught the table, tipped it over and one of the parasol ribs broke. It was just two years old and out of warranty but i wished to purchase a replacement part.
I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY DID NOT SUPPY ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS....END OF STORY. SO A Eu 400 PARSOL HAS TO BE SCRAPPED. SHAME ON YOU!
Fatboy Rocket light is erg gammel. Direct koord stuk om lamp aan te kunnen doen. Fatboy telefonisch onbereikbaar. Om garantie te kunnen invullen heb ik web-order nummer nodig. Heb ik niet, cadeau gekregen bij m’n verjaardag. Wat nu dan???
We hebben twee zitzakken, een Lamzac en een Heademmock paar maanden geleden gekocht. Alles kwam mooi snel aan. De hangmat kreeg wel een vieze plek die niet eruit komt. Ff het formulier op de site ingevuld met foto en binnen één werkdag kreeg ik bericht dat het vervangen word. Snelle hulp en prima klantenservice!!!
De lamzac word bijna dagelijks door onze kinderen gebruikt in de tuin en houd zich ook erg goed. Wij zijn erg blij!!

Do not order from their website! I ordered a beanbag on 8 Dec as a Xmas present. I called on 23 Dec to enquire why it hasn’t arrived yet and was told by the customer service rep that it had been returned by UPS because they hadn’t completed the necessary commercial documents on 9 Dec. When I asked why they haven’t done so since they told me they hadn’t been notified by UPS. I asked whether they could now do it and they said they couldn’t guarantee a delivery before January because their warehouse is moving! I then asked for a refund which will take a whole 10 working days. Basically their whole operations and customer service are a mess. Don’t waste your time, I’d give them a 0 if I could!
Nog geen 2 jaar geleden fatboy lamzac besteld en eigenlijk weinig gebruikt. Dit jaar voor eerst mee op vakantie en zit er de 1ste dag mee op het gras en plots een knal en een grote scheur op de naad. Contact gezicht met fatboy. Vul alles in op contact pagina en dan begint de ellende.
De service en kwaliteit van fatboy lamzac is beneden alle peil. Eerst proberen ze door vertraging en steeds dezelfde vragen te stellen via email te zorgen dat de klant opgeeft.
Ik geef dan niet op omdat ik me bedonder voel door het geleverde product. Nadat alles meerdere malen is gevraagd een bericht van " sorry in het verleden is er misbruik van gemaakt en van hogerhand mogen we niets meer..."
Geen goed woord over voor fatboy als bedrijf en als product. Ik raad dit product dan ook zeker NIET aan.
They have no contact by phone because of Covid. Also responde late on emails. Worst service ever.
Really poor experience. Fatboy sent me the wrong item and have failed to respond to my emails requesting help to sort this out. Their customer service seems non-existent.
Website is awful, you don't have a customer's account so it is impossible to cancel online.
It also is impossible to view order history, follow up, etc.
They charge you "on order" and not "on shipping", but they have a 4-6 weeks delivery (that you find out after ordering).
I am trying to reach someone but there's noone there, phone is off (due to covid) and so are emails.
The only way to reach Fatboy is over email and they don't answer (2 weeks since my first email)
This is a scam, just ordered 2 original fatboys, would not recommend this awful customer experience to anyone.
Got a pouffe (point original) from you for my birthday (that is - it arrived two weeks late) - it was bought on your Norwegian language website and the price as the same as that of Norwegian stockist - however - to my big surprise it came with an invoice for Norwegian VAT and handling (extra NOK 358 on a price of product of 749) - in addition to the price!!
How can you justify this - charging the same as Norwegian stores (incl vat) but then charging the customer for vat and handling after delivery?! You should at a minimum deduct the Dutch VAT. Will never buy from you again!

Get it in okay time BUT
then it get wrong
I want to sent it back - use the return buttom on the webside
Will Get and answer 5 days nothing happend
Had write the same day to get help for return
They answer 4 days later i shut use the webside
I do it again and answer them i have done it now 3 times
Still no answer - i have a hangout i can not use. And get get not answer how to return it
I'm a sad and angry customer
