great quality shirt . but €27 for delivery that took well over a week is crazy. Not very helpful when i was asking where my packagexwas

as your reply shows what a bad company you are to deal with. i email you several times and you were no help. don’t recommend this company. i will be buying my F1 merchandise from somewhere else

It’s my first time ordering from these guys and I gotta say I’m very happy with their team. Since I’m outside the EU I’m grateful for their outlet discounts and makes the import duties hurt a bit less. Shipping was a bit slower than what I’m used to but that’s really no issue I’m just spoiled. Definitely won’t be the last time I order from here

Its not about the canceled order its about the delivered order

Got an e-mail saying package was delivered, never got the package in question, wrote to the team to get some answers but got no replys. Please fix this

For a Formula 1 fans living in Asia, it only took 7days to receive the package and the products are original. I will come back to order again for sure.

The order came and I am happy with the quality. However, I ordered a small and got sent a large shirt! I don’t really want to have to send it back for a replacement as I’m on the other side of the globe

The products are good!! However, the delivery UPS in Vietnam is poor. But finally, customs service of FansBRANDS also helped me contact with UPS VN side. All in all, this is a good company with good products!

After my previous experiences of waiting months for orders from outside South Africa, I ordered from FansBRANDS with the expectation to again wait months. I am happy to say that I have been proven wrong. I was kept informed of progress, payment of import duties was done within a day and I even received my quality team replica clothing before the original indicated date. Not even two weeks from finalising my order. I will always recommend and use FansBRANDS for any future orders.

First of all I would like to thank the staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. The shop is beautiful and well laid out. Unfortunately, the dress sizes are very different depending on the brand. So I had to return different pieces of the order. From Switzerland, this involves a great deal of effort and high costs. That's why I have to rate the rating as "ok". Shop itself and employees receive 5 stars

First of all I want to talk about fans brands website is totally legit & friendly user which i can scroll down my favourite products that is the F1 team shirt. One thing i like about the fans brands is that all the products are original & not fake or replicas. The customer service is super friendly, i got a respond from them immediately !. I got my item on 5th of may 2022 in good condition & I'm happy with the quality of the material it fits me just nice. I will eventually order again soon.
