I took my S/H gaming PC, recently purchased from ebay in for a minor problem. It was fixed while I waited along with an upgraded SSD drive. The price was way below my expectation. I could not fault both the service and helpfullness I received. When it comes time to consider a replacement PC, Falcon will be my first port of call. 5* plus.

I’ve used these lads for a few times now and find them excellent very professional. Easy to deal with, a good stock of components. Had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew today and yesterday as my PC turned itself off. After thinking it might be a graphics card, a new one was installed, but still the same issue, so I left it overnight and turned out it was the CPU. There was no hard sell to upgrade to the latest and greatest. I don’t need that. I just use the Internet and office applications. So a new chip was installed and I thought I’d treat myself to some other bits and pieces, as a very reasonable price bill. All in all an excellent result from an excellent company.

Best computer store ever. The staff there are so nice and helpful. I'm so happy I found Falcon. The advice alone is so worth going for.

Laptop been gradually getting slower and eventually lost network driver etc., tried diy and other internet sites without success. Took it to Falcon, they sorted it and got it back working at double speed. Virus was in the out of date anti virus software! Brilliant company, took their time to explain everything. Will use them again.

Ordered a PC Case from here that was out of stock everywhere else. First time ordering from this store and my item arrived 25 hours later which is amazing thank you so much!

If you are looking for a high spec, great quality and very affordable PC, with fantastic after service then Falcon Computers Ltd in Sunderland is the best!
Any future upgrades work out cheaper than buying elsewhere, plus they install them correctly for you, check over the PC again for you, as well as you can usually trade in your old part. No brainer! The staff are helpful & friendly and really know their stuff. They give you the time in store and on the phone, unlike bigger electrical general stores. Parking free and plenty of it right out shop. Whats not to love!? 5☆s from me 🙂

My 3 year old laptop was getting really tired and slow. When I went in to talk about it they were really friendly and helpful without any hard sell or tekkie talk.Got my laptop back yesterday and it's running better than when it was new. I will definitely be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone.

My pc wasn't working and these guys sorted it out really quickly. Everyone I spoke to there was really professional and helpful, I'd 100% recommend Falcon to anyone needing a repair.

Upgraded to a water cooled system a 3080. I've been coming here because, put simply, they are honest. I would never go anywhere else for my high end type of rig. Darren, you have an amazing team and reviewers, ask for Tom to build it. He should work for NASA that lad.

Rang up to enquire on availability of an Zotac RTX 6030, they stated they had one coming in and allowed me to purchase it there and then for collection (Local sales only due to the GPU shortages). The price on the website later increased, however when they rang to let me know it was ready to collect they stated they would honour the original sale price without question (no prompting). Fantastic folks, I will use them again!

They made my pc to pick up within the day. Very fast very efficient and very good value for money couldn’t be happier.

Amazing service. Bought a graphics card that was out of stock everywhere else, had great customer service when I had an issue and item was delivered within 28 hours. Would highly recommend.

Built and purchased a gaming computer from Falcon, the second time I have used them. Great communication throughout the process, staff members very helpful and polite, any issues they contacted me and they were resolved, computer was delivered promptly and well packaged, would absolutely recommend.

These guys upgraded a very slow laptop that was unusable and now works great. I also bought a used laptop which has been a brilliant purchase and great value for money. They are so helpful and knowledgeable would highly recomend.

Awful For returns!! I purchased a chair which turned out to be damaged and was the wrong model. The owner was refusing the option of sending it back to the store for a refund & said it had go through the manufacture even though he sold me the wrong chair and it was damaged!. He then continued to tell me I had the correct chair and he could not see the blatant damage. It was only after I showed him the measurements of the chair he sent me and compared them to the manufactures website he realised he did not have a leg to stand on! and after many more emails i got my refund. absolute worst experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a item AVOID!!

I took my computer in because I wanted to change the name of the administrator, which wasn’t me, to my name. I didn’t know how to do it and I needed help.
The guy coupled it up and immediately said that the pc wasn’t working. I was puzzled, but thought it might have been knocked during transport. He said he would have to replace the hard drive. I had lots of music, pics and most importantly all my invoices as I’m self employed. He said he couldn’t guarantee moving everything over, but would save my invoices.
We I picked it up I asked if all was ok and was told yes. All my invoices had gone !
I was furious !
