Similar to other reviews my slot was booked for between 09:00-12:00 it is now 17:35 no delivery or communication. The tracking link on email does not work. Phone line kicks you out after being put on hold. Sent an email and received no response. Just disappointing as I’ve been waiting all day for this delivery and no way to get in touch to get updates.

Like the other reviews say, my bed is 2 hours late now with no updates. Tracking link on the emails don't work. Tracking on the website is limited to just telling you the 'estimated delivery time'.
Worst of all, phone line kicked me out after putting me on hold for 5 minutes.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Arrived 2 hours after estimated delivery time window. The email confirming the delivery stated that they would put the bed and mattress in our room of choice. When they came the drivers said they don’t and wanted to leave it downstairs. It’s was only after showing the email and arguing that they decided to put the bed in our bedroom. Even with this I had to help as the second driver had an injured hand and they still left the mattress downstairs (at least it was light enough for me to carry up on my own)!

This company is shocking was given a delivery date and never showed since then I have contacting them by email and phone with no success I believe they are a scam and would avoid

I would seriously avoid, as other comments state, no way of getting in touch, they set a date and don't turn up, yesterday a miracle happened and I got my bed (divan bed warehouse) another company I wouldn't use again, my time slot yesterday was 1-3, they came at 6.30pm, no explanation, to be honest I don't know if the drivers have a clue about timings, this has caused so much stress, I know it's 'only a bed' but when you have commitments, it impacts everything. Lesson I have learned, use actual shops for as long as possible whilst we still have the choice, I used online to save time and maybe a little money but it wasn't worth it! If you want a laugh, check out their website and commitments to customer service...

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I was meant to have a bed delivered today between 1-4pm and it is now 4:30 and have not had any communication from the company. I have tried to call them over 10 times and the number keeps cutting me off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Update: it is now 9pm and there still has not been a delivery, and still no communication. Ridiculous!!

Item never arrived! No communication. Cant get hold of anyone - noone picks up the phone or returns emails .. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

Was meant to my delivery today 10/9/25 between 7am to 10am it’s 11:24 called the company around 12 times no one picking up the called so annoying don’t know what to do pain in the backside

Too many mobile numbers, you text to find out if they are near and no reply. Delivery hours they don’t bother with told between 10-1, I stayed in but had an appointment to get to so left just after 1, to find I had missed their call at 17.03. Tried ringing Falcon but no one answers, tried ringing Divan Bed Warehouse where I ordered from and just the same. Unfortunately I live too far to just go in. I am disabled and have been waiting and relying on this mattress that was ordered last month.
Just looked up both companies, neither are Government registered!!!!!’

Delivery of bed was over 2hrs late I had paid for assembly of new bed driver very rude and unhelpful said he wouldn't and couldn't assemble my bed told me to ask for refund from divan bed warehouse wasn't his problem also paid for disposal of old bed he just drove off and left it terrible company don't know how they are still in business so avoid using falcon 2 man delivery company hope I never have to use these unprofessional idiots again just Hope I get my refund from divan bed warehouse quickly

Was very worried after looking at other reviews but apart from turning up 50 minutes late the 2 men were very friendly and built the bed efficiently. They sent a message when 15 minutes away with tracking details which was very helpful because the one from the email didn’t work.

The company did not deliver my item. Have had no communication from the company on day of delivery. They did not deliver in the time window given. No aswer if I call the company and no response via email either.

Please don't order from Divan Bed Warehouse. I believe they are a scam together with Falcon 2-man delivery. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone & emails unanswered. I am trying to cancel my delivery following 2 failed attempts but doubt I'll get my money refunded. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Poor communication

3 stars given as the delivery driver was polite and it did arrive on the day expected, but other than that a very frustrating experience:

- Link to the tracker does not work, which worried me if it was a genuine company.
- No one answers the phone at their office and then it just cuts you off.
- Delivery time was 1-4pm but arrived nearer to 6pm. I had gone out at 5pm and had to rush back through traffic.

If the communication was better, wouldn’t be so bad. This is the same as the bed company itself, Divanbedwarehouse.co.uk, who also do not answer the phone and are slow to respond to emails.

I ordered a bed from eBay and this company were the ones delivering it. I was provided with just a tracking number on eBay but no actual date or time of delivery. The seller advised me on a day but they did not arrive. 3 days i waited and i even called this company over 50 times but nobody ever answers the phone. The website tracking feature does not work either. 3 days i stayed home from work to receive this bed but it did not arrive. The seller gave me a time of between 7am and 10am. again i waited but no show from this company, no tracking information and no updates or even a phone call. i went to work and low and behold they arrive at midday to which by then i had already complained and received a refund from eBay. I do not recommend this company and should you have goods being delivered from this company all i can say is good luck.

Received confirmation emails and text confirming date and time slot. Had text on day saying " next delivery should be with you in 30 minutes. Looked at their tracking system and delivery vehicle was going in completely opposite direction to my property. Tried calling phone number that text had come from but it stated " number not recognised " . Have emailed numerous times over last 2 days without reply, tried calling them nearly 20 times in last 2 today's but just rings and eventually cuts off. Completely unprofessional service. Have checked their system has new date of delivery as 14th September, too late order cancelled via supplier who I have also wrote a review about.

It started well and i did get my bed but the lack of communication is terrible! I got my delivery day and time slot, accepted it via text and got a confirmation reply. I didn't get any tracking details at all though. My slot was 12pm-3pm and by 4.30pm it still wasn't here, I had no number for them so had to find them on Google, went on the website for the number but you get placed on hold for 5 minutes then it kicks you out, I tried 3 times. There's a tracking section on the website but they don't provide you with a tracking number to use the facility.
I had to leave home at 4.30 to pick up my daughter and at 4.55pm I got a text saying on our way we'll be there in 16 minutes, here's your tracking link... what use is a tracking link when they're on their way? It's actually a really useful link because it says what stop you are and what stop they're at with a map showing exactly where the van is. If i'd have had that sent to me on the morning of my delivery or even at 12pm I wouldn't have thought they weren't coming. I had to get my neighbour to let them in my house when they arrived, whilst my mum was on route to sort them out, so we did get the bed thankfully. However what was the final kick in the teeth was that he asked my mum if he could use the toilet to which she said yes of course and he proceeded to have a sh*t in my toilet!

After reading reviews saying I'd never see my bed and scam etc., I thought I would do this review. Delivery was a week late due to the consignment not being loaded on the day it should have arrived. BUT I am reviewing the delivery itself. The 2 people were courteous and called me 5 mins prior to arrival and well within the pre-estimated time slot. It was a King Size Bed so 2 Ottoman Divans which are heavy! Doesn't help that I have a double stair case with a 180 degree turn half way. They took their time and methodically got each piece to my designated room without any damage to the wall or bannisters at all. It was not an easy task but they did not complain and got the job done efficiently. I was grateful especially reading of some peoples' experiences. As I said, this review is for THIS delivery. The previous attempt a week ago was a disappointment with no communication at all and like others, I got the "on hold" music and cut off. If you experience similar issues, do what I did and email Divan Bed Warehouse Sales (during working hours). I got a response within 10 minutes and my bed has arrived today, in-tact and well made.
