Needed a new suite
Needed a new suite. Went to St Austell Fairway Furniture store. We met a salesman called Will, who looked after our every need possible. Was made to feel welcome from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We were allowed to wander around with no sales pressure at all, which is something I like. When we found what we liked, Will was there to help guide us through our options. My husband and I came away feeling happy and very impressed by the way we were helped and advised throughout our visit.

Will (not sure on his last name) in St Austell branch was brilliant, I'm fussy and always have a hundred questions and queries however he was very patient and positive, explained everything in detail and continued to communicate until our corner suite arrived.
Overall experience was brilliant. Would definitely go back for future purchases

Nice store easy to shop in. not chased around the store by the staff, you are allowed to browse, then you can easily get assistance. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. needed urgent delivery of my purchase and they came up trumps. Delivered on time on the chosen day. All very good
