From placing the order in store to receiving our goods we didn't experience any issues.
Kept updated on delivery.
The guys that did the delivery of our furniture, were polite and courteous. Placed in the room we wanted. Showed how the chairs/sofa worked. All packaging was removed.

Carpets and furniture delivery
Delivery of carpets and furniture was as planned with no problems at all.
Staff in store throughout selection process were very helpful, polite and friendly.
Delivery staff were efficient and carpet layers carried out their job very quickly and efficiently.

We ordered a leather settee over £2800…
We ordered a leather settee over £2800 waited over 4 months when it arrived had a slash across onecushion so it all went back another one ordered that took over 3 months to arrive a few weeks before Christmas the colours varied so had a technician come he found a lot more wrong so we told fairways we wanted a refund and to show good faith on there side for the inconvenience could it be done after Christmas it was a week to go but the manager moved heaven and earth to pick the settee up before Christmas leaving us without one we found a fantastic store in launceston countryside furnishers they had a settee in stock which we liked and they delivered it before Christmas and no charge for delivery fantastic so don't deal with fairways they are rubbish we had no apology even wrote to head office and they could not be bothered to answer rubbish firm

With regards to the delivery lead time, the items were delivered within the time frame quoted when placing your order in store. We do stock a wide range of furniture available for quick delivery to help reduce waiting times wherever possible.
