Scott provided excellent customer service and kept us well updated regarding delivery. Having had the identical sofa ( liked it so much we ordered another!) delivered without any problems three months ago we were a little surprised that this time the deliverers struggled. But all is well and the sofa is great.

Kept well informed with expected delivery date and then with the time slot. When product arrived on expected date and within time slot. Salesman was very helpful and also the delivery drivers. Product is well built and of good quality.

Great quality furniture delivered in a timely manner. The men were professional and collected our old suite then brought the new one in, they put it together and tested it to make sure it reclined and returned to sitting position.

3 out of 3 items of furniture were defective. Store Manager not very helpful.They eventually agreed to replace it only to be informed few weeks later that they no longer stock it . No real apology or attempt to compensate us .
Won’t shop there again. Bought replacement furniture elsewhere.

Looking back through your notes, we can see that our store manager and sales team did try to rectify this for you, but due to unforeseen circumstances on our part we were unable to replace the items for you, instead providing a full refund. We could not provide compensation as the goods were collected and you were refunded.
We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from us. Reading the notes on your order we can see that sales teams in 2 of our stores tried to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion, which they were unable to do. We are sorry that you feel that we have not done enough for you. We don’t like to let customers down, but on this occasion our hands were tied on what we could do to resolve the issue for you. It's always good doing business with Scott at Fairway in Kingsteignton. He has never pressurised into buying anything but has given sound advice and help.
