Great product and service
We have purchased furniture from this store before while visiting Newton Abbott and were more than pleased with the customer service and expert advice freely given. With this in mind, we took a day out to visit the store again when we considered purchasing new wardrobes.( we live in Burnham on sea)

Excellent service
Excellent service and we love our new sofas. They had a small mark on them when unwrapped and delivery guys reported this straight away. An upholsterer was here a week later and sorted it out.

We have needed a new bed for some time
We have needed a new bed for some time, went into Fairway furniture in Newton Abbot, the service was fantastic, information we were given was very clear. The bed was delivered to our storage unit as we are moving, couldn't have gone any better. A thank you to everyone.

Patient and helpful
The sofa I originally chose was too big to get through the front door, but they have been more than helpful bringing me a sofa to last me until the smaller sofa is made. Also the manager has been very patient with me as I found it difficult to make another choice.

Have shopped at fairway for roughly 40years,always good service and staff helpful, unfortunately this year bought a recliner and swivel chair which had a fault,phoned fairway no quibble changed for new chair,unfortunately another faulty chair,but fairway is dealing with the problem with no problem at all,looking forward to a quick result.

Shop floor service excellent - delivery times and dates right on schedule but think their policy on shoes in houses needs looking at - perhaps supply the drivers with dust sheets etc to put on customers carpets - as I had to use my blankets

As stated in the customer care guide (that you were given at the time of your order, as well as being available online) “it is your responsibility to protect existing floorcoverings and furnishings during the delivery. This is important, as any protective packaging on your furniture may have uneven or abrasive surfaces, and our delivery teams cannot remove their footwear as this impedes safe working practices”. We are sorry if you feel that this was not communicated effectively, and we will investigate internally to see if there is anything we can do to make this clearer for our customers going forward.
