Great experience & clean salon

So I went to the clinic today paid a 40 pint deposit was really looking forward to went to the clinic the lady at the reception was very ply also everyone was smiling and then obviously when I had my face numb to I obviously then was rejected treatment they said that I will have to dissolve everything hour and to have a new treatment I don't know why because they want they don't want anyone to get mixed up with their work and that they wanted to post my picture and then I don't know what they were saying but I just felt like a three-hours worth of journey the hassle to get here when they should have consultated that before me coming three hours all the way because obviously I saw the five stars thinking they're going to be the best in London very very disappointed we'll never get filled by the five stars again the staff were very intimidating they're all ganged up on me obviously saying that we're not going to give you treatment and then trying to offer me the most expensive treatment like teared through obviously that's not needed that's not what I came for I literally even said to them if they can enhance my looks I don't know wanted specific treatments I just wanted enhance my looks they then said horrible stuff about my previous state takes saying that she's not done the good job on you that I have to have autism and they're gonna charge me 800 pounds and I said look I came in as a model so therefore I was expected to pay 800 pounds today I've only gonna pay what I've confirmed on your Instagram I found these people through Instagram obviously I've been fooled please don't be fooled any people who are traveling out of Hampden town to get to this place have a stock hill please do it before they deal with your time because you'll be greatly disappointed not only that they're clinic was empty I hardly saw any customers I would only have the person in there I don't think they had any customers at all so now I know why so a bad feedback and obviously I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through because now I'm very very disappointed and decided just made me even more down as I was before

My experience was fantastic! Initially, I was quite nervous as it was my first time getting any procedure done to my face. I had done lots research to find the best place, especially since I had just turned 18 and wanted everything to be perfect as I can be quite picky when it comes to these things.

From the moment I arrived, my first impression was excellent. the place smelled and looked very clean and neat, the staff at Reception were very kind and helpful and the practitioners were just as great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in for lemon bottle fat dissolving in a small area under my chin. When it was my turn, the two ladies who assisted me explained the entire process, covering everything from the cosmetic benefits to the health aspects. She was extremely professional and kind, asking me numerous questions to understand exactly what I wanted.

What stood out to me was their honesty. They weren’t just there for the money; in fact, the she actually advised me not to proceed with the procedure because I didn't have enough fat in the area to benefit from it. She thoroughly explained how the procedure works, how it dissolves fat cells, and what aftercare would be required. Ultimately, she gave me a full refund.

I am incredibly grateful to the team for their professionalism and honesty and will definitely be back in the future for anything else I might want. For anyone who might have second thoughts or is struggling to find the perfect place, look no further this is the place!!!!!! thank you soo much and keep up the excellent work, and I wish your business continued success x!

Highly recommend, have received several treatments- Botox, fillers, facials. Girls are highly knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. Make you feel at ease and welcomed. Have brought friends here as the results are amazing. Bae and Federica are at the top of the game and really know what they’re doing.
