Rich Chambers at the Holywood branch was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tv unit for us. He had a genuine smile and nothing was too much trouble to him. He did not rush us and gave us time and advice. Very much appreciated.

Purchased a dressing table
Purchased a dressing table, love it! In store staff were very helpful, item ordered and delivery date to local warehouse advised ( only criticism I have is the delivery charge, would have added £40 to my purchase the distance is 2.5miles) I couldn’t afford that! …I drove to warehouse on the date advised the staff were great…got the heavy item home but had to ask a friend to come help me get it out of my car. Would have been easier to have it delivered but could not justify the delivery charge for a smaller purchase. I previously purchased a sofa bed and paid the £40 charge, was happy as 2 person delivery and they unpacked, set up and took away the cardboard.

Everything was great
