Wonderful experience! During my visits at the coleraine store…
During my visits at the coleraine store I dealt with Ed and Alisha. Ed was so patient and took so much time helping me. Alisha was a bubble of happiness and made me feel like I’d known her a lifetime. These guys are a great example of what good customer service really should be.

When we visited EZ yesterday, we met Alisha Jordon, who made our visit a pleasure. Why? She approached us carefully and quietly with no fuss; she was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed without the usual sales pattern, which was refreshing. The staff were all lovely that i dealt with. I dealt most with Lyndsay who was so helpful with pulling my colours and ideas together and giving advice on materials etc. I was able to ring in store and order from another lovely girl called Alisha. The whole process was easy and i felt the staff were great at informing me of all the extras that are available with their sofas. Very happy with our experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The furniture was great quality, reasonably priced, and arrived exactly as expected.
A special shout-out to Alisha, who went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and her customer service was genuinely outstanding.
It's rare to come across someone who cares this much about making sure customers leave happy. Thanks again, Alisha—you’re a real credit to the team! I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again and would definitely recommend this store to others.

New table and chairs
Had originally looked at this furniture on-line with a view to buying but popped into the store to have a look in ‘real life’. The girl was so helpful we ended up buying there and then. Bit of a wait for delivery but that’s ok as dining room needs decorated. Looking forward to it’s arrival.
