Donna barbour from boucher road store made my experience at EZ living interiors great I found her very approachable and friendly overall her customer service amazing. She helped me with picking the perfect sofa for the layout for my living room i was shown pictures of how it would look and couldnt be happier as a first time home owner I wouldnt of known were to begin. She explained to me about guardsmanship 5 year protection plan I decided to add this to my purchase to take care of my sofa as I have a puppy at home. Beautiful items in this store everything caught my eye I will definately be returning for more purchases. Thanks again Donna for making my experience a good one im happy with the service and excited to recieve my beautiful sofa I would highly recommend :)

We had a great experience with Johnny H at the Boucher Road store. We needed a mattress to be delivered within 2 weeks and while he said that it usually takes longer, he was able to make some calls and assure us we'd have it in time. I love the choice at EZliving.
We bought a sofa and 2 sideboards. Helpful sales staff.
Delivery times were good.
The delivery was very prompt within the timeframe, pleasant delivery men. Worked fast and efficiently. Totally painless.
The sofa was unboxed and put in place. I had opted not to have the sideboard legs etc attached ( regret this now) Both are very well packed and as yet unboxed although I have opened the box of one. Quality seems better than expected.

Wrong table delivered
Wrong table delivered . Contacted customer service 6 days ago . No contact m recieved email today stating it would be afurther 3 days to respond. Further to this .. the customer servicecteam informed me that the emails were down until today
Also your staff member placed the wrong order . Table was wrongly delivered ... after fall to store . Who I quote " what was he on " making such a mess . If the store would like to contact me directly to arrange refund & collection of wrong order .
