Fantastic service and great selection
We went in to the ship in Banbridge and had plenty of time to wLk around yhe store on our own. The store was very well laid out and all items easily accessible.
We were then greeted by Jonathan Wallace who helped us by completing our purchase. He went over and above and was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience easier.
We will definitely be back in the near future.

The whole experience of visiting your premises in Banbridge, viewing your furniture with ease and the flow of the.premises was excellent. There was a wonderful aroma which a young lady told us how it was provided. We were asked 3 times by staff if we would like a coffee and we didn't feel pressured. It was an absolutely lovely store and your staff are wonderful in how they communicate and help customers. Can't speak highly enough of the all round experience. Great shopping experience
When a staff member gets it just right, it is important to share that experience. I personally like lots of time and space to view what all is available in store before taking staff advice to weigh up my options before purchasing. Jason casually enquired what I was interested in and directed me to the section for dining tables encouraging me to give him a shout if there was anything I needed help with. There was no hovering and when I was ready I sought him out. He was very knowledgeable of the available stock and provided me with various alternative options for tops and bases. I liked that he wasn’t pushy and let the furniture sell itself. I made my purchase and am very impressed with the quality and finish of the oval extendable table. Would highly recommend this store for its friendly staff and value for money.
