I was in the Tullamore store recently looking for furniture for my sons bedroom. I was greeted by a lovely staff member Avril, she had excellent knowledge of the furniture and was great help in choosing a bed for my son.She went above and beyond for me and I left feeling great the service was 10/10.

I was in recently looking for bedroom furniture and was assisted by Avril. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the process very easy!. The selection and quality of the furniture was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to EZ living for future purchases, as the customer service provided by Avril was fantastic!

We went into the Tullamore store for a browse last week and were pleasantly surprised at the variety of great quality products in store as well as the friendliness of the staff. The sales lady Avril was particularly helpful and had really good product knowledge as well as an understanding of what products would suit our home interior. We will definitely be returning in the coming weeks to purchase a few items.👍

When we went to look at furniture for a spare bedroom, we were only having a browse. Avril went above & beyond to help us kit out our entire bedroom & we feel we got a really good deal with your current summer sale. She answered all questions professionally & was so helpful to sort delivery for us which only took a week from ordering items.
We were so happy with the service we returned yesterday and bought another two bedroom lockers and blanket box for another bedroom with Avril again.
Any future purchases we will definitely be going to EZliving and getting Avril to advise us on what looks good in our space as she made it very straightforward & stress free. Thank you Avril.

I called into your Tullamore store last week and was assisted by a lady called Avril. She was extremely helpful and guided me through my options regarding my ideas for upgrading my sitting room and dining room. She never tried to push a sale which I found so relaxed with. I’ve been to many stores where the sales assistant has tried to pressure me into buying something. Avril never did this and due to her fantastic personality and friendliness I have planned to return and order what I need from your store. There are plenty of furniture stores in Tullamore and many more online that offer delivery however it always stands to a company when they have staff that take pride in their job and what they do. Your staff member Avril did this last week. Thank you .

I normally don't leave reviews but was recently in the Tullamore store and my experience was excellent.I loved the quality and style of the furniture available. Avril the sales assistant was fantastic. Shes so nice and helpful. Her guidance and knowledge was so helpful to us. This coupled with her friendly demeanor just made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

I went into the Tullamore store last week and was dealing with Aaron. I was looking for garden furniture and he went through everything and I got it delivered on Monday. Delighted with everything and the service.

I bought a kitchen table in the Tullamore store a while ago and I have to say, I really enjoyed the experience. The selection was so varied I knew I’d find something to suit and Aaron, who helped us both days we were in store, gave us good advice and was patient as we made our final choice. I rarely give reviews, but people and stores deserve them when they provide a great service. I’ve been in several times since my purchase, and each time the service and attention is just as good.

Great experience in the Tullamore Store. Have bought the majority of our furniture for our house from Ezliving Furniture Tullamore and have always had an excellent experience. The selection of items is second to none and all the stock is bang on trend. Today was no different when supported by Aaron to purchase furniture for my workplace. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable and really helpful, made the process so simple and smooth. Visited the EZ Living Furniture store today in Tullamore, don’t normally write reviews but this gentleman deserved a special mention Aaron. Aaron was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable answering all my questions and just made my overall experience a very enjoyable one.

I was looking into getting a furniture set with the family in the EZ living store and I came across a lovely young lady by the name of Rachel, she walked us around the shop and showed us all the sets they had to offer and talk us through how each one is different and the prices of each one she was also so kind and friendly with my kids which is quite rare to find in most places nowadays
I must say I was extremely satisfied with the care I got today in the store

Have no hesitation in giving five stars for the Tullamore branch.The selection & style of furniture in this store is every home owners dream.I don't believe I have ever left without purchasing something.Online shopping is wonderful but the one to one customer service you receive in this store is second to non.The staffs knowledge & willingness to help is something very rare in other stores.Thank you EZ team & a special thank you to Aaron for your patience & for taking the stress out of furnishing our new home.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely lady called Rachel in the Tullamore Store recentky.We bought a mattress & pillows of her & her knowledge & patience with me was superb. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a dining table with EZ Living which we knew was coming in February. The table was further delayed to March unexpectedly. We were without a dining table and had to choose a substitute. The price difference was €150 and we only received €50. We had to call up to fix over phone and their mistake was fixed. Time was taken to go collect new table and it was given without the legs. Product was fine but communication around delays and refund were poor. Disappointed as wanted to support an Irish Company.

I purchased a bed frame from EZ Living, spending over €1400, with an expectation of quality and service commensurate with the price. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a prolonged wait of three weeks for delivery, the bed frame arrived today with a broken leg. This was not just an inconvenience but also a letdown, considering the anticipation and the amount spent.

I had chosen EZ Living over other reputable competitors, hoping for superior quality and customer service. However, the issue of receiving a damaged product and the overall experience have led me to rethink this decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EZ Living to those seeking assurance of quality and service. This incident reflects a need for improvement in their quality control and customer service standards.

Overall, my experience with EZ Living was underwhelming, and I advise potential customers to temper their expectations if considering a purchase from them.

Great selection of furniture both instore and online. Iv purchased a number of chairs and the price and quality was great. The staff in Tullamore store have been amazing, so easy to deal with and very helpful.
