Tallaght branch, had a horrible experience trying to swap chairs I bought, they wouldn’t take the chair back even though it was in the box and unopened, they said they’d have to collect it and charge €49 to collect it even though it was with me at the shop. And they wanted to refund 20% less for restocking fee and the rest in voucher form.
Unbelievable rip off, they wouldn’t even let me swap it for a different colour. Can’t believe how much of a rip off this was.

Excellent customer care service from Aidan. Was undecided about what i wanted and he took his time to go through all the bedding options until i was satisfied.

Firstly, its in a great location. Ample parking and adjacent to DID Electric.
2ndly , there's gazillions of display. Well displayed and well spaced. From modern to contemporart to classic barn designs.
Lastly, the 2 guys staff were amazing, esp Aidan. Very accomodating, good craic and very helpful. Would do another business again soon.

Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable sales people

We had variety of what we planned to purchase and had to make choices. One of the items is even cheaper than we saw it in another place. The staff on the floor were equally ready to help and greately assisted us to mix and match till we got what we wanted.
Aidan and Aiden attended to us and were really good.

Tracker was 1 hour and 20 mins late - i checked the estimated delivery time at 8am because of the school run, the tracker said estimated delivery at 9.51am
The driver rings me at 8.24 telling me he is 2 mins away. I was on rhe school run and would return to the house at 8.45am. I had to arrange for someone to go to my house to let them in.
When they arrived my full delivery was not there, even though when purchasing the products I told the salesman that I am happy to wait for all products to come together.

Aiden was a great help. As was his colleague.

Was in the branch of EZ Living in Belgard Tallaght Tallaght. I got a number of item a bed, 2 mattresses, a locker, 2 rugs an a guy named Renee helped me. He was so helpful as I was trying to choose a decent mattress. His advice was invaluable. Even down to checking if the bed would take the weight of the new mattress. Something I wouldn't have thought of. Thank you for your help Renee. Much appreciated.
