Very helpful staff

I recently visited EZ Living Furniture to look for beds and was impressed by their collection and the thoughtful guidance provided by the salesperson. The entire experience was seamless, and I would gladly recommend this store to others

Store Assistant Aidan (younger one) could not have been more helpful on both our visits to the Store when choosing two couches and separately, a Christmas tree and ornaments

Aidan 1 - his patience and advice. We measured and remeasured the sofa and had to measure again - very engaging and excellent people skills.

Good experience

We visited EZ Living in Tallaght with the plan to buy some chairs we'd seen on a previous visit. We walked around the shop several times and not one staff member engaged with us. Not a nod or a hello or an offer of help. Eventually we went looking and had to wait over half an hour to find someone that could help us; a manager returning from her lunch. The security guard was there the whole time.

We did buy 8 chairs and are very happy with them. Just think the staff should realise that people could want their help.

Tallaght store

Awful customer service. I bought a kitchen table on 14th May last. I was not given any information about aftercare ..I have a copy of the invoice which I signed that has no mention of aftercare. I was careful not to put any hotplate on the table but watermarks appeared. I contacted customer care and they told me the marks were the result of not applying oil as advised on the invoice. He sent me a copy of an invoice which had my signature but aftercare included..this was not what I signed and I sent a copy of my invoice. They sent a technician twice who sanded and oiled and told me the marks were the result of lack of aftercare. I am still left with a table with marks on it having paid a lot of money and offered no compensation.
Multiple emails and accusing me of lying about invoices .

Showroom assistant was helpful. Comms post purchase were good. Delivery was as promised and punctual.Small amount of assembly necessary. Price was competitive . Credit card was however charged a higher amount than the actual invoice ! Error was immediately reversed when I returned to query the matter. Other than that our experience would have been 4 rather than 3 Star

I shop in your store regularly and the staff are always very helpful and attentive.
I also love the way the store is laid out because it allows you to imagine it in your own home.
One suggestion, I had occasion to visit the store in Belgard, near Halfords.. There is to much stock on display, it is overcrowded and make it difficult to see anything. Less is more sometimes.
