The sales person was excellent. His name was mark . Northern Ireland accent .

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mark, a staff member who is a true professional. His calm approach and endless patience are deeply impressive. It can sometimes feel overwhelming to be an undecided customer, but Mark cleared up all my doubts and answered every single question with genuine care and attentiveness.
What amazed me the most was his quick and understanding response: even when a few mistakes happened due to my own fault, Mark resolved them instantly and seamlessly. This high level of service and warm communication is exactly what every shopper is looking for nowadays. After such a wonderful welcome and this truly great experience, you naturally want to return to this store again and again.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Yolander at EZ Living for the excellent customer service I received.
I went into the store looking for a replacement glass shade for my Ortez floor lamp, after unfortunately breaking the original one the night before. Yolander was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help me, and I was absolutely delighted to leave the store with two replacement glass shades at no cost.
It’s not often you come across customer service like this, and I really appreciated his kindness and generosity. Yolander is a credit to EZ Living, and I would have no hesitation recommending the store based on my experience.

Had a really lovely experience in EZ Living Furniture today! Izabela was absolutely brilliant and so helpful from start to finish. I knew what I was looking for, and she helped me measure the couch and choose one that suited my space perfectly.

I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all and never tried to upsell me or sell me more than I needed. She was so warm, friendly and relaxed, which made the whole experience so easy. She even had my order sorted at the sales desk in no time.
