I ordered online and I got an acknowledgement email stating the days and times my order could be collected.
I misread the date of collection. I arrived a week early..the lovely young man at reception checked out the details and asked me to wait a few minutes. He arrived back with my order and loaded it in to my car. I really appreciated his customer service, nothing was too much trouble. He saved me another round trip of 60km by being so obliging. I will certainly shop and recommend EZLiving going forward.

A very poor service from Galway
Warehouse to collect an item which was urgently needed
Was not open on day of purchase ie. Saturday . Warehouse collection only possible tue and Thursdays 9-4 . This is very limited opening hours and totally unacceptable for incapacitated customers needing to rely on someone to collect . Family friends neighbours work those house . Even a 5pm collection was a definite no by ez living .

Many thanks for your order.
Unfortunately furniture items ordered cannot be collected on the same day as items need to go on dispatch and be picked and checked for collection.
The order was placed on saturday afternoon and booked in for collection on the Tuesday which was the quickest possible turnround for this.
We only offer warehouse collections during the week as our warehouse operates monday to friday only.
We can only apologise the tuesday did not suit for collection.
However we would like to thank you for shopping with us and supporting our business.
Winchester dining table
I ordered a Winchester dining table from EZ Living Interiors. It was delivered by Nathan and Radivoj. In a very short time they had it assembled for me. They were both very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They are a credit to EZ Living. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Fast delivery
Bought a mattress from EZ living furniture. It was delivered about 4 days later. Very efficient! I’ve bought a good few items over the years and I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with the products or delivery. I’ll continue to keep ordering from them!

If I could give zero stars I would, and that’s no exaggeration, terrible customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would and that’s no exaggeration.
I Was delivered a sideboard before Christmas, upon opening package soon realised my sideboard was badly damaged in several areas.
I got On to customer care rep HEATHER right away and organised a delivery of a replacement sideboard for 15/1/2026, that arrived and I made the delivery drivers open on the spot themselves before taken away original delivered damaged sideboard, and what would you know another badly damaged sideboard which was even worse so that had to go back also.
That’s 2 damaged sideboard’s now.
On to customer care again girl called CAOIMHE assured that another delivery of a replacement sideboard is scheduled for 22/1/26, “ third time lucky eh” i thought, but nope.
For the other two sideboards delivered I had to organise days off work to accommodate delivery as ez living stated Thursdays are the only delivery day in that area, so again for the third delivery attempt which I was told was for for 22/1/26 I had to organise my schedule around it,
Usually with deliveries you get a message the day before confirming that your delivery is tomorrow and a live tracking link will be provided which you get morning of delivery.
I did not get that message on the 21/1/26 as I should have, nor did I get the live tracking link the morning of delivery.
So here I am not in work as I organised time off to accommodate delivery which ez living has messed up, technically out of pocket and My time absolutely wasted, and still with a damaged sideboard I paid €800 for.
I would not recommend anyone to deal with ez living, and if you hear the name CAOIMHE or HEATHER run for the hills.

I ordered a table & chairs which I hoped to have for Xmas. The delivery wasn't until after Xmas. I emailed customer services & Shirley who was so helpful arranged for me to collect it at the warehouse. Very professional & friendly service.

I don’t know why I chose this place
I don’t know why I always give this place another chance.
First I can order an item for click and collect tomorrow. AFTER ordering I get a mail saying actually it’s available to collect in two days.
Get ANOTHER email saying it’s NOT available to collect, but it will be sent out free within two weeks. This is bananas, you have to tell people this before they purchase, not afterwards or whenever you like.
