The staff are so friendly and helpful particularly Nathan who I met on my first visit to the store. On a subsequent visit I was again met by lovely staff. This is a very customer friendly place to shop with a lovely selection of products.

4 months and still no couch
Ordered a couch in April from the Carlow store. I was told will be delivered in 2 weeks only to receive a call to say it was delayed until mid July, first we were told it was on the sea the we were told an manufacturing issue. My wife rang 2 weeks ago and was told its definitely going ahead. Today my wife rang to see if there was a date only to be told it’s pushed back again until mid august and now it’s on the Red Sea. I’ve never left a review before but this company is a disgrace. Never again.

We unfortunately have no control over shipping or manufacturing delays should these occur - I am sure the initial date issued to you was correct on the system as there are timelines for certain items - but there can be delays on occasion - this is the same for every company which leaves us in a difficult situation with no control over - I am sure you can understand this.
We understand it is disappointing and will do our best to get your delivery to you as soon as it arrives.

Great customer service
I recently bought a bed and mattress from Ez Living Furniture Carlow. I dealt with a lovely lady; Lisa. She was extremely helpful and thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Delivery of the furniture was prompt and the delivery men were very efficient. I will definitely be repurchasing in this store.

EZ Living Furniture Carlow
This shop is just amazing for the array of furniture they have and the quality of the products in store. We purchased our outdoor furniture from Carol in the Carlow store and she was absolutely amazing to deal with explaining everything to us from purchase right through to delivery.
We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the quality and price by far, was superior compared to others we viewed elsewhere. Would highly recommend this store and Carol is a gem, we wanted to buy everything a great sales person and very friendly.

Hi
Was in Carlow store recently looking at garden furniture as we have just done up our garden. Was with a lady called Lisa that went through all the sets that are available & also the offers & free delivery!! She was extremely helpful & has helped us narrow it down to 2, so just have to make our decision, will definitely back to buy soon.

Lovely store and service
Lovely store and service! Recently visited the store in Carlow (first time there) and found the staff (karol) really helpful. I was looking for a kitchen table and chairs and they had some lovely options. I hadn’t the measurements of the area with me so didn’t purchase on this occasion but will def be back! Thanks again!! 🙏
