Excellent customer service

Online payment app does not work, tried several cards and eventually after several calls with customer service which initially indicated I’d have to go to the shop to pay finally put me in direct contact with the shop and they was able to pay over the phone. Shop assistance said payment app rarely worked so a lot of time wasted with this.

I was helped by Siobhan (store manager) and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating, don't be shy about asking for help as choosing the right piece of furniture can be daunting and Siobhan's knowledge and advice was invaluable and made my whole shopping experience productive & pleasant. Thank You.

Good website, good customer service and good delivery service. Delivery driver phoned to give a 40 minute window of when he expected to be there and he was there in 25 minutes to an area he was not familiar with. I would definitely use EZ Living Furniture again.

I went into EZ Living furniture in Carlow looking for some furniture as I’ve recently moved, I was helped by a staff member named Nathan, who was extremely friendly and helpful and showed a lot of patience as I was making my decisions. Overall I had a great experience in this store with a large part of it being down to how helpful the staff were.

EZ Living Furniture has finally made it's way to Carlow and I'm very impressed. Firstly massive "Free" carpark so no hassle trying to get parking and really lovely large spacious showroom with a wide selection on display could have easily spent an hour or 2 just browsing. Friendly staff they all seemed to have the right balance of being helpful and available for questions without giving you the sales pitch, so this made for a nice atmosphere in the store. I got a lovely warm welcome from a man when I entered really nice guy who explained where certain items were and let me know he was on hand if I had a question but I can't remember his name. I was later helped by Carol who really knows her stuff, she gave me great little tips on measuring my floor plan and what I need to consider when measuring up for larger items such as sofas just stuff I wouldn't have considered. This is the personal service you can't get shopping online, Looking forward to popping back in next week 😁

Amazing customer service when shopping in store. I was approached by Carol who was very understanding and patient when I was explaining what I was looking for. Carol was very knowledgeable of what products were available to me. Very happy with my overall experience will definitely purchase again in the near future.

Superb customer service from staff at E Z Living Carlow, especially from Nathan. He was very knowledgeable about products and had a lovely attitude. I appreciated that Nathan was understanding when I was not able to purchase my mattress that day but I will definitely be back to purchase when I can!

Brilliant staff, Cara, Siobhan and Nathan are outstanding, their knowledge, friendly manner and helpfulness are second to none. They were so good when we purchased furniture recently. They care about their customers, rare these days. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ordered sofa in Oct, told it would be mid Jan before delivery, delayed until mid Feb, delayed again until mid March, no phone calls from customer service etc to explain, ridiculous.
