Ordered a piece of furniture for Click and Collect. Needed it quickly so chose the Carlow store as it said it could be collected on Monday.

Paid a driver to make the 2.5 hour round trip to collect it only to be told the didn’t have it and to come back in another week.

Horrible, Incompetent Service: Multiple Conflicting Accounts and Zero Resolution
My experience with EZ Living Furniture has been an absolute nightmare, primarily due to the complete failure of communication between their Carlow store and the online websales/customer service teams. I purchased an item online in December 2025, which has yet to be delivered.
The issues began after receiving two "ready for collection" text messages. I travelled a considerable distance to the Carlow store twice and wasted significant time, only to be given an incorrect order the first time and told on later occasions that my correct order was unavailable or potentially never in stock.
The most frustrating part is the total lack of consistent information. I was told multiple conflicting stories by different staff members:
The order was given to another customer.
The item was lost in the warehouse.
The order was never sent to the store in the first place.
There was a problem with the stock system, and the item was never actually available.
Instead of receiving support, I've faced constant blame-shifting and have had to repeatedly chase both the store and websales. Despite a manager promising a call back, no one has followed up via phone or email regarding a refund or a resolution for the significant inconvenience caused.
The handling of this matter has fallen far below acceptable standards of customer service. I requested a refund of my purchase sum within 14 days and for them to arrange a proper courier collection for the incorrect item given to me, but I have not received any communication about this. To top it all off, the company wouldn't even offer a voucher for the substantial time and travel costs incurred.
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company; their internal processes are a mess and their customer support is appalling.

Excellent choice of Christmas decorations. Last year, I bought some large Santas—they were the best I've seen and great value. I've returned this year for my Christmas tree and I couldn't be happier

We purchased an “on-the-floor” TV unit that turned out to be defective. When we returned to request the missing part, we were told that they didn’t have it and couldn’t assist us. We were essentially blamed for not checking the floor model before purchasing, and advised to buy the missing nail ourselves from Woodies. We’ve shopped there before including buying lights but this experience has really damaged our trust in the company and the brand. The way the situation was handled felt very unprofessional.

Gosia from EZ Living Carlow was a blessing when we went in to pick furniture for our living room. Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't ask for better.

Went to Ez living with quite a open mind when we met a guy called Max he was great help in the process of picking our new house furniture.Such a gentleman he took time and effort to show us all different types, colors etc.
