Extremely helpful staff. Couldn't do enough for me, a young Brazilian male staff member had excellent sales qualities as did the other sales gentleman who carried out my items to my car and ensured all were secure and safe. Good and varied selection of furniture. Generally, in-store staff are great to deal with. Lighting options especially strong.

However, the home delivery service is a big let down. Aside from long lead in times for items that are already in stock, pre-assembled items come with an enormous amount of packing. The delivery driver refuses to take this with them and is very unpleasant to deal with.

Instead, I have to break down and bring to my nearest store. While they did take the packing there, I would say that they did so begrudgingly. Not to mention that having to go to the store defeats the purpose of home delivery.

Also wary of the number of 5 star reviews here from unverified users with no other reviews.

The price is crazy compared to other companies I mean the price doesn’t match with d quality of product so d price should drop a bit it’s too high

I've had extremely good experience with ez living furniture in the past. However I placed an in store mattress order at the Blanchardstown Dublin store on 19/10/24 and paid in full € 1597 (including delivery fee plus recycling fee of €98). I requested a time slot of after 10:00 am on weekdays. Salesperson mentioned they will leave a note for delivery team. To my surprise on a Sunday morning I received a text saying the delivery is scheduled for 7:41-9:11 am. The customer services is conveniently unavailable on weekends even though they are confirming time slots. So back to salesperson in Blanchardstown store and I'm told customer services cannot be reached neither will the time be rescheduled. At 8:00 am the following morning my delivery was missed as I was unavailable. Now I'm trying to get a refund on the purchase and to my utter surprise EZ Living DO NOT REFUND MONEY FOR INSTORE PURCHASES instead some kind of a store credit. Only online purchases can be refunded fully. Will I have to hire a solicitor? It seems the logistics drivers have bullied the company into hiring them and are running the show now.

So we purchased the Pero chairs and also a wooden table that we believed was oak. We paid for assembly. This was a little over 2 years ago. Fast forward about a year and the furniture really had started to look poor. The chairs had lost their fastening bolts on two of the four chairs and the table itself was sticky to the touch. In time the wood veneer started to rise up on the seams of the table. In truth we very rarely use our table and tend to eat at the kiimtchen island and we live in a warm and dry new build house with no damp issues. Life is busy and I delayed getting in touch with EZ living. I did today and was advised I send photographs in detailing the issue and the agent could see it was 2022 she said items were purchased. I do as instructed to be told that: I was out of warranty tough luck. Sorry for the inconvenience. So why ask me to send the email at all?
To be honest the chairs are perfect except for the missing bolts. But ez living do not have replacement bolts to provide outside of the 12 months. So I’d to replace the chairs really to keep them matching set. Not very sustainable is it?
Overall, I cannot rave about the quality of this furniture. We’ve purchased quite a bit in EZ living over the years and thinking about it now, none are still here 7 years after moving in.
I thought the company could have been more cooperative in dealing with me. After all, they should feel proud to stand over their own products. One year for furniture is pretty poor especially when you have also paid for the assembly service. I would have thought there was at least an option to replace bolts. That aside a little used kitchen table that has quite literally disintegrated over the course of two years whether within guarantee or not is not good enough. A table that costs best part of a thousand euros should last longer than that. Now it’s headed to the dump. What a shame!

My experience failed at the delivery. My sofa was thrown into the middle of my living room completely packaged. I have to assemble it myself not even know until I removed the five black bags of packaging of I even got the right order. When I contacted consumer services they said the legs should have been out on for me (the packaging wasn't even removed) they promised to call me back and never did.

Ezliving really are the best to deal with. Customer service is exceptional whether it be online or in store my experience has been amazing. In particular the store in Blanchardstown upstairs beside Dunnes is great. The manager Aine is very professional & extremely helpful she has made shopping easy as all the staff in that store.I’ve 3 young kids & struggle to find time & choose stuff. I never got all the names but here is not one person I have come across to not be easy to deal with. It’s hard to find service like it these days. The shop is always beautiful & quality stuff & reasonable. It’s my go to for accessories & furniture. keep up the great work.. Hopefully more will follow. They don’t just sell they accommodate & help.. Thank you for everything. Bridgette

Chloe in the Blanchardstown shop was unreal. She could not have been more helpful. She printed out dimensions, was out with the measuring tape, answered all my questions and queries and was happy to let me browse also. She’s an absolute gem.
