Bought many items here, excellent customer service. Love the Athlone store , items of high quality, long lasting. Sarah was very personable and helpful in making my final choice, thank you 🙂

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at EZ Living Athlone! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. If we could give a 0 star we would. Terrible experience with Athlone store.... Purchase a sofa bed for guests , we were told there would be no issue with delivery on second floor. First delivery the guys refuses because too heavy , fine.
Call the store manager Karen and we agreed on getting it delivered at the first floor at least. Fine, you would think these people talk to each other, but nope. Take another day off just to have THE SAME ISSUE with a different delivery team, it's like there was no prior communication between front store and delivery team.... And what they do? They first leave than COME BACK DROPPING OFF the couch on the ground in front of my neighbours door, even while I kept repeating I refuse to have it delivered and in any case I was left alone, incapable of moving it even closer to my door.
Disgusting people.
They told me to solve with costumer service.... Well, seems they are taking time to call back and this couch is under the rain, congrats

Sarah, was in a hurry while taking down my details, which resulted in the wrong mobile number and postal code being recorded. Because of this, the delivery driver was unable to locate my house and I have to wait an additional week for the sofa—on top of the original three-week waiting period.

Since the drivers only cover my area once a week, this mistake significantly delayed my order. I’d appreciate it if you could ensure that sales staff take extra care when recording customer details to avoid similar issues in the future.

Karen is there! I popped into EZ living and had such a great experience. Karen - who I used to know from the old Laura Ashley Athlone shop was just as helpful as ever and is now in charge. She really went out of her way to help me, and they have lots of lovely furniture and beds. It's so nice to see a familiar face who still provides such friendly, personal service. Definitely worth a visit and of course I will be back to buy!

We had the best service ever in the Athlone branch this morning. 3 amazing ladies Karen, Deirdre and Milana. They were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and obliging. They greeted us on arrival and it a was a not-in-your face experience, stayed close around that when we were ready we asked our slew of questions. We settled on our couch and paid for it and they professionally went through the aftercare products for the couch. Such a lovely relaxed and enjoyable morning. All that was needed was a coffee. Thanks girls

Sarah was so kind and helpful. Full of good advice. Not at all pushy and explained how we could pay in installments if we wished as I fell in love with more pieces than I had originally planned to.

Good staff fast service

I went buy a recliner but ended up buying an entire couch overall the staff were extremely helpful and nice the place is very clean and if you are buying a couch or recliner there is way too many options!!

We visited the Athlone store. We were looking at sofas, table and chairs. The lovely Sarah helped us, answered all our questions, and there was alot! We took extendable tables apart and put them back together again. Have to say we were very happy with our shopping experience all thanks to Sarah. We bought a lovely sofa, table
