I found Karen the manager in the Athlone branch very helpful when purchasing the TV stand. She really took the time out to show me the different options and pricings.
I found her to be very professional and made the experience a lot easier for me.
When I went to collect the item today Karen and Emer were very helpful in assisting me load the item into to my car.
Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend EZ living.

We were served by Karen in the athlone store today, she went above and beyond to help us. Very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to spend time explaining the aftercare for our new sofas. Was a lovely helpful lady.

We visited the EZ store in Athlone over the weekend and Katelyn helped us by selecting the Ebony bed frame and the Restful mattress. Karen was also so helpful by offering advice over delivery time and payment options. I will definitely come back.

Our family have been undecided on a new sofa for our living room. We couldn’t decide on model or layout. Karen came to us seeing we were indecisive and listened to all us of and needs. We were stuck on one sofa however Karen showed us other options and made us look at what we wanted in a different way. She recommended a video of the area. We went back with the video and she suggested the sofa she felt would work for us. We all agreed and ordered it there and then. Without Karens advice and suggestions we would still be indecisive with no sofa. Now we are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa thanks to Karen in the Athlone store.

I’m in the Athlone store a lot Iv had the amazing pleasure of dealing with most the staff in the Athlone. I’m so grateful for all of the help over the past few months. Karen maja Emer katlyn Sarah and Siobhan. You are all excellent at your jobs and I will definitely be back in soon to spend more money ❤️

Was visiting the Athlone store and was very kindly looked after by Makayla. She was really friendly and extremely helpful with a great knowledge on the products and interior design. Very pleasant experience!

Went into athlone store in monksland today and was looked after by Michaela .
She was so friendly and best of all so knowledgable with a great eye for interior design . She was extremely helpful , I would highly recommend this store !

I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She went above and beyond in her service. She was exceptional in every way and made the process easy for us all. Ez living Athlone are very fortunate to have a sales assistant like Karen nothing was any bother & she had a proposed solution for every challenge we had. Thank you Karen. I will absolutely recommend based on my experience of dealing with Karen.

Great customer service, especially by Sarah

An absolute delight from start to finish. Karen in the Athlone store could not have been more helpful - she’s has a gentle kind way about here and really listens and then follows up with lovely thought out suggestions catered to your needs. She was very patient (I don’t find it easy to part with the money) and was very caring and followed up after I placed the order to confirm etc. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Best wishes to Karen and the beautiful Athlone store - I look forward to coming back again soon!

Went into the Athlone store to order a piece of furniture & the lady named Karen helping me was so helpful and friendly. She was quick putting through the order & answered all my questions. I found other staff rude in the store during previous visits so I was delighted to have dealt with Karen on this occasion. I cant comment on delivery as i haven't received the order yet.o

The store in Athlone is very well laid out, also lots of parking. Mickalya was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase.
