Fake chesterfield suite…
We bought a chesterfield suite which arrived 10/3/26. When I seen what was supposed to be to be leather chesterfield I was shocked. It looked like some cheap tack you’d buy from a door to door traveller. We asked for furniture to b returned on same day as arrival but was told we couldn’t return it because it wasn’t in original packaging which there driver took with him. I’am now consulting a solicitor to have my furniture returned and a full refund giving. Their customer care is less than useless. Buyer be very aware.

Great Customer Service
We were very happy with the high level of customer service from Ruben. He was very pleasant, polite, easy to deal with and attentive. He looked up lots of options for us including styles, colours and prices which saved us quite a bit of time.

Excellent Customer Service…
We have used EZ living on multiple occasions to purchase furniture and our experience is always excellent. We popped in today to buy a bed for our 12 year old son, and met Neil, a very helpful and informative, member of the EZ living team. We knew what frame we wanted, but Neil provided excellent guidance on an appropriate mattress that would suit our son. This level of customer service is why we continually return to this shop. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks Neil!
