We went in looking for an idea for a new bed, the staff member Robert Deane checked in with us when we arrived and gave us space to have a look around , was easy to find him to ask questions and he was very helpful overall very friendly , not pushy and polite overall a very straightforward experience

Not the Easiest of Buys
My purchase worked out well, but collecting my item was another story. After choosing my item, I was informed it was not in stock at the store and that I would have to collect it from a warehouse 10 km away, with a vague address to say the least and no Ericode. It took an hour of my time to find the warehouse and collect my item; otherwise, everything went well.

They have a beautiful collection
They have a beautiful collection, lot of options to choose from. Prices also seemed genuine. Sheila Ahern did help us in selecting the right couch and guided us through all the option's, we needed something immediately available and she helped us find the one we liked.

Mixed Experience
We spent over €6,000 furnishing our new home with EZ Living Mahon Point, working with Eva in January. The in-store experience was pleasant and we were happy with our choices.
The problems started before delivery. We were told the more we spent, the better the discount — it came to less than 4% on a €6,000+ order. Then the day before delivery, we were informed our footstool had been "deallocated" with no confirmed timeframe — their website suggested August. When I reasonably asked to swap the chairs for a full matching set available sooner, I was told I'd face a 20% restocking fee per item — which felt like a poor way to treat a customer when the delay wasn't of our making. To their credit, they resolved this quickly, located a footstool, delivered it on time and credited €50 to our account.
The larger delivery was a different story. The driver was rude, initially refused to fit legs on two armchairs (having done so for the sofas), and when pressed, did so in such a temper that he damaged them with a Stanley knife before leaving abruptly. Customer care handled this well. Andrew, who came out to carry out repairs, was an absolute gentleman and a credit to the company. The job isn't fully finished yet as he wasn't briefed on the full scope of the damage but he will return shortly to complete.
The discount structure is massively oversold by sales staff for what it is, stock management is hit and miss and the delivery driver let the experience down significantly.

Great service from start to finish.
Very pleased with my experience with EZ Living Cork. Anna was extremely helpful as our sales rep, items arrived more or less on time even with global delays thanks to the moron in the White House, small defect in one of the purchases was resolved swiftly and to our complete satisfaction by Joel in Customer Support and the affected item was delivered with a smile by Gavin and Andris. If only every company could be this easy to deal with. Recommended.
