Great service and experience!
Looked after from start to finish by Kayleigh in the Carlow store. Couldn't have asked for a better service. She was incredibly helpful, full of knowledge on the different items and had some great ideas and recommendations around the different items we were looking at.
We left delighted with our new couch and can't wait for it to arrive. We'll definitely be back again and will be recommending EZ Living to friends and family!

Went into easy living to buy a TV unit. Kayleigh was very helpful advising what style and size would suit area. Also got advise on a couch which I'll be back to get in few months . Very patient and attentive

Jack Joel in Carlow store
Me and my partner went furniture shopping for our first house together in the EZ Living Interiors shop in Carlow yesterday and we hadn’t got a clue what we were looking for in the slightest. We met Jack Joel in the shop and he offered us his assistance and to say he made the whole experience absolutely brilliant and so easy. He was so helpful and patient with us as we are two very picky people. We went back in then today and didn’t want to deal with anyone else other than Jack and finally he was able to sell us the couch we wanted. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would advise anyone to go there and ask for him as he’s one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met!

Myself and my partner went into EZ…
Myself and my partner went into EZ Living Interiors in Carlow yesterday where we were approached by Jack Joel and when I tell you he couldn’t do enough for us, it would be an understatement! We had a couch in mind based on our measurements in our home, but upon seeing it we decided against it. We sat on every single couch in the shop. I definitely put Jack through his paces as I am extremely picky. We ended up leaving, went home to measure our sitting room again and came back today and purchased a beautiful 3 seater couch and 1 seater armchair! We are over the moon with our purchase! Jack 100% made our experience and we couldn’t recommend him enough to buy your furniture from! He is excellent at his job, definitely ask for him if you are in store as you won’t regret it!

Happy with today's experience purchasing a King size bed at the Carlow (nr Deerpark) branch. George was very professional, attentive but not pushy. Happy with the value too with decent sales reductions. Overall a very good experience and will shop there again.

Very helpful
Elke was very helpful and accommodating when I changed my mind about the sofa I bought the following morning! She ensured everything was changed with the sofa still getting on the same truck and a refund (of the difference in price) sorted very quickly.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service in my experience, staff go above and beyond to help you. We have returned muliple times and have always been satisfied. George Browne in the Carlow store was particularly helpful on our recent visit.
I would recommend this shop yes, next time we are furnishing a room it will be the first place i visit.

Great staff
We have spent a lot of money with EZ Living Interiors over the last couple of years. We did two main visits where we bought lots of furniture for our house. We were lucky enough today to be served by James who went out of his way to be helpful and previously by George who also went out of his way to help us. Both men never made me feel rushed, they came and offered advice when needed and let me wander when that was needed. We have just bought a new house and will need more new furniture and I will definitely be going back to the shop and asking for James or George. Thank you both very much. We were in in July 2023 and today 1/06/2025. George came straight over to chat and remembered us 18 months later. Before going in we had chatted to James online and stayed with him to complete the purchase today.
