Doesn't meet my needs.
I just tried to use their application service for a couple that wants to rent an apartment. They share an email address. Unfortunately, ezLandlordForms is unable to handle that case.
Also, while they tell you that they have lots of forms that you can download, most of the forms that I wanted required that you fill in the information on their site and then download a PDF. That's not what I expected and not what I needed.
For example, I want to have a pre and post inspection form. Their form requires that the tenant name come be entered online. I want a form that I can edit with the tenant.
Their forms don't meet my needs.

Regarding the screening application, our screening partner requires each applicant to have a unique email address. This is because each applicant must complete their own identity verification and authorize access to their personal information in compliance with consumer reporting regulations. We understand that some couples share an email address, and we recognize that this can create challenges during the application process.
We would also like to clarify that ezLandlordForms is designed as both a forms library and a document generation platform. Many of our forms are intentionally interactive, allowing landlords to complete information online and generate customized PDFs tailored to their rental properties and tenants. This helps ensure accuracy and compliance with state-specific requirements.
That said, we understand that some landlords prefer completely blank or fillable forms that can be completed by hand during move-in or move-out inspections. We appreciate this feedback and will share it with our team as we continue to improve our offerings.

What a pain
What a pain. Needed a simple 2-page lease. with 2 addendums-so had to upgrade to $45.
After much hassle, was able to fill out addendums, but the final lease didn’t contain my specific wording-they were just blank templates. Also-a simple 2-page lease turned into a 10-page lease because all the disclosures, etc., I unchecked were also included. Was finally able to email to tenant, but they are not able to open it. What a waste of money!

Our system is designed to include all information and disclosures added in the lease builder, especially in Step 7 where addendums and custom clauses are included. The more information and addendums you add, the longer the final lease will be.
Regarding the blank templates you mentioned, any custom wording needs to be added directly into the addendum fields in Step 7—otherwise, the system will generate standard templates. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience as you worked through the process.

Horrible Experience and Chicken in the Background
Would give less than one star if I could. Had to pay for the service and after talking to two different people they said sorry cannot verify you and that was it. Refused to help any further. Was hard to understand the first person and he kept clicking very loudly on his keyboard. The second person I had an even harder time understanding. She talked very quietly and there were chickens making noise in the background behind her. None of the experience seemed very secure and cost money for them to tell me they couldn't verify me. Never had had an issue like this before. Would never trust using again or recommend them to anyone.

The lease link wouldn't open. Ask that support told me to do was contact the landlord. Don't know start he's going to do from his end. It yet has been resolved

The process was quick & easy
The process was quick & easy. I had an issue with integrating my logo to the documents & I needed those documents right away. Early the next morning, I emailed the support team requesting immediate cancellation & a refund. I was met with a prompt reply & resolution. I will definitely be using ezlandlordforms when the need arises again in the future!

Stephanie responded to my question very quickly. She was able to figure out why I was having a problem, corrected the problem, and sent me a copy of my original lease that was now signable using EZsign.

EZlandlord forms is just that...easy
EZlandlord forms is just that...easy. Everything I needed was right there. This is the second time I've used them, and only wish I had known I could have copied the first lease when we rented the unit again. But, now I know. Highly recommend, and reasonably priced.

I've tried half dozen times.i still get the application was cancelled by landlord. I have two other friends that have completed theirs. I try to get a new password and it says what's your old one? If I knew that I wouldn't need a new one. My potential landlord sets up a new link and I still screw up
