Glasses are totally unusable. Either totally wrong prescription or mixed the lenses up. Either way no use at all.

The Products arrived well packaged and as described. I liked the fact you can return the sunglasses within 30 days and it is hassle free as I bought two pairs for my husband to decide which ones he liked best.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I've ordered 2 pairs of glasses about 2-3 weeks ago, entered my prescription as required, payed. Since then my order didn't move any forward, and i receive endless (but very rare and slow) emails from eyewearbrands with stupid insane questions.
Just to make it clear - i dont have any kind of special prescription, so its not the point. For some reason they decided that i payed for endless annoyance instead of glasses.
UPDATE AFTER MEANINGLESS REPLY FROM EYEWEAR BRANDS
1. There was NO complexity in my prescription except the fact that your optician is not able to read it correctly (as first this bright mind somehow decided that i've ordered progressive lens and all those ridiculous questions were according to progressive lens)
2. I REPLYED FOR YOUR LAST EMAIL SEVERAL DAY AGO! Did you answer? NO! But somehow here you reply fast. Isn't it showoff? I get 1-2 emails per week from you and here you try to show how good and helpful you are. Thats insane. U'd better improve your service instead of replying lies on negative review.

Having viewed the account, I can see that we had requested to see the prescription copy and to accurately measure the pupil distance due to the complexity of your prescription. This is to ensure all the details are correct and that the lenses are accurately aligned for you.
I can see from the account that we do now have your pupil distance on file however we are awaiting the prescription copy. In your previous email you had advised that you have ordered from us before however I have checked the screenshot sent in your email and can confirm the brand on the email sent was another company. We sadly do not have a confirmed prescription on file for you.
As soon as we have confirmation of the prescription we can process the order and mark this urgent with our laboratory for you.
