I bought Beautiful Swarovski glasses, I have not seen on the high street. Great selection of styles. I would like to be able to take a self picture which would let you try various frames. This would be very helpful.

I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with this company and their partner firm, sunglasses shop. I tried to purchase a pair of sunglasses, where they happily took my money and then persisted that unless I sent them a copy of a photo ID such as my passport, and a utility bill with my address on, then they cannot proceed with the purchase. I ordered through my paypal account and have subsequently requested an immediate refund and cancellation of order on the basis that I think this screams fraudulent to me. Now, after three emails and almost 200 GBP being taken from my account, they are not answering my emails and have yet to confirm that they will refund me my money immediately.

Unprofessional, confusing set up to purchase a simple pair of sunglasses, and really disappointing customer service. Plenty of other firms out there providing a much more pleasant experience and service. Avoid at all costs!

Just the frame I was looking for!

Fast free delivery, well packaged. I had looked at the frame in a well known brand retailer, so I knew they were just what I wanted and I wasn't disappointed, great price too. I would have no hesitation in recommending your website.

3 weeks and still waiting

I ordered some prescription sunglasses on 25 February.
It is now 16 March (ie 3 weeks later) and eyewearbrands have sent me an email to rate their service BEFORE the sunglasses have even arrived.

They use UPS who failed to put the package through the letterbox and then sent me an email to say the package had been left at a newsagents I had never heard of a mile away.

I phoned UPS to ask them to redeliver. UPS said that the parcel was not marked "signature required" even though their email said it was. They said they would deliver the sunglasses yesterday but they didn't and their website shows that the package has "delivery rearranged" but with no date.

So no sunglasses have arrived and eyewearbrands don't even seem to track their own parcels.

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry for the delay you have experienced to receive your glasses from us. On looking into this we can see the glasses were completed and dispatched from us on the 10/03/2019. UPS had collected the parcel from us on the 11/03/2019 so this could be delivered on the 12/03/2019, however sadly as no one was available to sign for the parcel, they had taken this to a local sorting office for collection.

We do apologise on behalf of UPS if they advised the parcel was not marked as 'signature required'. All of our parcels are sent out via a tracked and signed for service, so we will ensure this feedback is passed on to the team at UPS.

I can advise we have called UPS this morning and they have confirmed the request for the parcel to be redirected back to your home address was actioned and the glasses were delivered on the 19/03/2019 at 09:41AM.

Hi Grace,(UPS agent)

I have received the product-However this is unsatisfactory & incorrect, due to the complete ‘Fairy tale’ regarding this delivery.

I changed the ‘billing’ address on your website@ 21:00 ish on the 10th March. The product had not arrived in your depot at this stage, and the re-direct was somehow missed.

Then, Eyewear brands were informed by you that ‘Henderson’ at my billing address, signed for the goods.
The Gourock property is currently vacant, therefore no one was available to ‘sign’.

Also it was delivered to an appt ‘Top right’(I am top left).

On further investigation, eyewearbrands were informed that the package was then collected from ‘Mr Johnston’- Next door is a single lady Named Morag Campbell, who works all day.

Furthermore, the package has some handwriting on it (I’ll attach a picture!) indicating ‘Empty Flat-Picked up yesterday’.
-I am very suspicious of this, and that perhaps the item was destined for elsewhere.

This was my first order with Eyewearbrands -

Would you place future orders given the incredibly poor/fictitious delivery performance.?

Eyewearbrands has also to incur the cost of sending a duplicate order due to the fabricated nature of your response.

This now means that I will have to incur the cost and time of returning the replacement via Royal Mail - a complete hassle for me, as I leave before it opens, and return after it closes.

A complete disaster for me THE CUSTOMER.

I look forward to your response before I consider posting on multi social media channels.

Painful Experience!

Very slow to ship order. Computer problems so couldn’t track order & poor communication. Tried 3 times to delivery and on the final time, parcel damaged so didn’t even receive my glasses in the end!

First time buyer glasses online, brillant

Never ordered glasses from the internet so was concerned but this company website was easy and the glasses came within a week, I usually wait longer when I've brought from a shop. When they come wasn't pleasantly surprised and the value is great too, we will be returning and recommending, thanks
