I have recently purchased my new…groovy glasses

I have recently purchased my new glasses and I am loving them, and the service I received. My glasses were delivered within 1 week. I love the style of the frame and they are cool, trendy and comfortable. As for the price, excellent value.

Good bit could do better with frame…

Good bit could do better with frame size descriptions and product fulfilment. Time for delivery a bit random.
Otherwise cannot complain about final product apart from size as would have liked wider leg distance but was unable to work it out.

Having viewed the account, I can see that you had ordered a Varifocal lens from us. Due to the complexity of this type of lens, they do take longer to process than single vision orders as Varifocals are made bespoke to your prescription. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

The prescription I gave can not of been…

The prescription I gave can not of been placed into these glasses, as the optician ensure me that they would dramatically improve eye - sight for PC work and reading. However not the case, and pretty difficult being a school teacher.
3* as the frames are just as ordered.

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear of the issues with your lenses. We would be happy to look into this further for you if you could return the glasses to us, once received one of our Dispensing Opticians can check the lenses.

There should have been a returns form in the package when the glasses arrived, if you do not have a returns form and label please do call us and we can email one to you.

Please do note that as Eyewearbrands has now ceased trading, we can only offer a correction on the lenses if there is an issue, or a refund. We sadly would be unable to offer any exchanges.

Prices were very good

Prices were very good. Glasses were delivered quickly. I returned the glasses as they did not suit me. They are currently processing a refund. All round a very good service.
