My Fitbit Versa 2 went wrong after 11 months. I contacted the seller, who responded within 24 hours and gave me tips to sort the problem. Unfortunately it still wasn't working so I was offered a replacement watch which arrived within the week. Excellent customer service!

I purchased an iPhone from him that was advertised as brand new, but it was anything but. The phone arrived with obvious signs of tampering: the seal was not properly aligned, the label on the box was crooked, and the phone wasn’t even placed correctly inside the box. The screen protector was half peeled off, and key accessories like the Apple sticker and red product card were missing. To top it off, the charging cable was clearly not the original.

This seller is blatantly deceiving customers by selling used or tampered products as new. I had to go through the hassle of returning the phone and filing a complaint. I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from him to avoid them completely. Don’t waste your time or money on this dishonest seller!

Watch arrived on time but unfortunately the fitbit did not sync with my Oppo phone.

They sent the watch on time, it looks decent but i looked into the comparisons real/fake and guess what, the watch is definitely fake.
I first was so happy i found "a great deal". Now i don't even want to go through the hassle of trying to return, it does look good, hopefully it won't break too quickly as it doesn't come with a guarantee.

This seller is a scammer - they have taken my father’s cash and refuse to refund him for a faulty iPhone which they agreed to be posted back to them. The iPhone was with my father for 4 months 4 days but they now saying over 6 months - the faulty iPhone was within 1 year warranty. We have provided the seller with all proof but we being ignored. They have my father’s (71 year old pensioner) cash and his faulty phone. SHAME ON YOU - WE WILL NEVER LET THIS GO AS MY FATHER HAS NOTHING TO HIDE.

Fantastic experience dealing with this company. Bought a Fitbit series3 watch which developed a fault. The owner of the company answered all my emails in a very timely period of time. He agreed to a full refund for the watch as well as the cost of my return postage. Absolutely nothing to complain out. Thank you Extreme mobile and Oncom. Exceptional customer service

I recently purchased Fibit versa 2 from this company via onbuy.It was a very good price but after ordering I checked reviews and there were several negative ones but my experience was nothing like that.Watch came in good time and I did message this company with a query and they responded straight away.

Purchased a watch last week at what appeared to be a great price via onbuy. Having read the reviews of Extreme was a little worried that it might be to good to be true, however, watch arrived earlier than date advised,boxed, brand new and as described. This is my second purchase from Extreme have bought a watch strap a few years ago on both occasions haven't been disappointed. Well done Extreme. I'll be coming back.

Bought a brand new sealed phone that wasn’t brand new, was faulty and they refuse to issue refund or send out replacement

As with others I fell into the trap of buying a fake Fitbit from these shysters via onbuy.com

In fairness I did get a full refund but trading standards need to pick these charlatans up. Clearly selling fake goods packages as genuine.

Beware extreme mobile sell refurbished or previously replaced under warranty faulty items as new. The are resold in counterfeit packaging with fake serial number and have no warranty. My wife bought two fitbits as presents and the above has been confirmed by Fibit themselves. From the reviews it seems onbuy.com and extreme mobile will do little to rectify or refund. Please avoid.

Ordered a Fitbit versa 3 via Onbuy, not having read enough reviews!! The watch arrived fine and was packaged well. When I tried to update the software, it wouldn't update so I contacted fitbit who went through their normal protocols before saying they would be in touch. Having had a fitbit before they normally then message to say they will replace it under warranty, alas on this occasion they said it could not be replaced as it had already been replaced under warranty. Therefore this watch was not new as detailed in the description!! It has made me wonder how people get hold of these as fitbit request a return before a replacement is issued?? They have so far responded to my first message but I'm not hopeful in getting a refund! FRAUDULENT COMPANY- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Never got an invoice bought off onbuy no option to return watch on onbuy no one to help me bought with klana they didn't help at all if watch gos wrong no return address or contact details

Although I didn't get what I wanted, overall I was happy with the outcome
Ordered a Hugo boss watch for my brother who was with me Xmas day but overseas from boxing day for min 6 months.
The watch didn't arrive in time, royal somehow swapped it with some coffee pods!! About £90 worth.
Extreme mobile communicated well the whole time.
I chose to read some reviews in the interim and became very, very worried I'd been scammed, expecting a grouling mission, stress and time I can't be bothered with.

Extreme mobile seemed unaware and thought I had my watch on the 23rd Dec
I sent them the ring video and what I received 28th December. It was too late to have the watch, requested a refund. They apologised for it not working out and said they were gutted it didn't make it to my bro and processed an immediate refund

Seem Royal mail were at fault and Extreme mobile couldn't have done any more to assist.
I am dubious if the other reviews are accurate.

I ordered a watch from Extreme Mobile. When it arrived there was no watch in box. I had to do a lot of back and forth to try and get it sorted, including contact with Royal Mail. Extreme Mobile said it had been stolen and Royal Mail said that the package only weighed 1 kilo which would suggest watch was never in box. In any event, after several days, I've received a full refund.

Shocking, avoid at all costs

I have placed an order through onbuy the order isn’t showing and it said it didn’t go through yet they’ve still taken the money there is no way to contact them unless you have an order… but no order is showing you can’t contact them or onbuy absolute scam

Bought a versa 3 from Extreme mobile Ltd through Onbuy in July 23, within weeks it would start glitching and error ring randomly. And I’ve never had to reset my Fitbit so much before. Additionally, any hint of water on the watch would cause it to freeze despite versa 3 capable to withstand being submerged in water.

The strap broke with the clasp randomly, and I’ve never had any previous Fitbit break so easily.

I contacted for details to get my replacement or refund under the 180 day warranty. They telling me to buy from EBay and will reimburse me?! If that’s not dodgy, I don’t know what is? And they keep ignoring all my requests to address the 180 day warantee.

What’s disgusting is that Onbuy don’t even have the checks to vet and verify the people selling electronics on their site.

There isn’t a means to contact Onbuy directly either?! Extreme mobile ltd are scammers and should be ashamed for theft and should be prosecuted!

AVOID! Fake goods! These criminals should be stopped. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing anything from them through OnBuy website. Extreme Mobile Ltd sell couterfeit items presenting them as genuine and new. I bought Fitbit Versa 2 and it's fake!!! A refurbished watch with obviously fake replaced straps, and the charger is fake too and does not have a Fitbit logo! Fitbit confirmed that the logo is one of the indicator that the charger is authentic, and that it is not their charger. I have another Versa 2 watch, a genuine one, so it was easy to compare them both and to see how the material and even the colour of the straps is so different... And the charger, and the cable, everything is different, cheap plastic. So are the fake straps. Colour is not black like on my orginal Versa 2, it's rather very dark grey. Just avoid at all costs!!

Like so many others I purchased a ‘New’ Fitbit Versa 2 from Extreme Mobile Ltd through OnBuy in December 2022. It arrived around a week or so later and all looked good. Boxed, all stickers etc inc on the watch itself. All paired up, all working, all good. Then in August 2023 it stopped working. I contacted Fitbit who told me it was not a new unit and was registered originally in 2020!!! Due to this the warranty had ended and they suggest I contact the seller. I have done so multiple times and oh surprise no response. I contacted OnBuy and PayPal who both said that it is now over 180 days so they are not interested.
I see that most of the feedback here is post my purchase date but does show I am not aloneness .
